Review: I added another car in June with Andrew. The price was a large difference than the quote I had received, which I realized after I got off the phone. I called back and the price per month was corrected. I was told that the July payment would reflect the new monthly amount but that my credit from the June payment I had just made wouldn't appear until the August billing. I called in July & paid my bill for the month, down to $0. August came & I called to pay again. The total was a lot greater than it should have been so I asked why. I was told that I didn't pay for July. When I said I did they had to do some research & call me back. They found that I paid for only 2 of the vehicles on the policy & not the 3rd. I was told that the computer didn't show the new car in July when I paid it. I explained that it had to be in the computer since I had added it in June and they had even mailed me an insurance before the July billing. I called back 2 days later & spoke with Andrew. I explained that I didn't feel the need to pay for the new car for the month of July since they had made the mistake. I explained that I did pay my bill down to $0 and that they should have seen the car when they pulled my info up on the computer & that they can't just catch up with people a month later. I wouldn't have had a problem if they would have called me back after I made the payment & told me they messed up or even if they caught it a few days later. You can't just go back & fix your mistake that far back. He told me they do this often. Then he told me he has no clue why someone gave me such a high total to begin with when I added to new car. I didn't bother telling him I knew it was him, I sure they have a computer system able to see who enters info. I told him I waned to speak with his supervisor, he told me there was no one above him. I explained that I knew he had a supervisor & that it was illegal to withhold that info. I was told he would email me the info when we got off the phone. It's been 3 days & no email.Desired Settlement: I would like the supervisors name so I can resolve this issue. They can't withhold that info. This is only 1 of the many major issues I have had with this office. I doubt all State Farms operate this way or they wouldn't be so large. I think they should be looked into. If they are willing to over charge when people sign up do they get to pocket the money? Can they really charge people for past months they said were paid? I thought payment was done at time of service like the rest of the country.

I am not in agreement with the customer's statement of the problem, however our office forewarded her the name of a supervisor and was subsequently able to work with the client to understand her bill The client has since paid the amount due in full. Therefore I consider this issue resolved.
