We would love to see these text messages mike called us almost in either time and was well aware of the temperature as of any other person and he had to have it done before it got cold or the drive way would of gotten cracks and other issues he states there is such a problem with the drive way and
upon expiring there is nothing wrong with it he’s had this drive way patched after it was installed brand new by previous company and had nothing but complaints about them seems that nothing is good enough we have been upfront with mike and have done the job this is going on months ago there was warranty with this job thank you
There is no warrenty on any paper document we did exactly what we said we would the area the customer is talking about is a place that was patched by a previous company I actually have tried contacting him with no answer had this issues when first trying to bid the job and as far as the price being
double the cost we offer a great price for the work and material we do we are the highest rated company in the StLouis area for a reason
We were very upfront with raja the day we bid the job that this was an over lay over an old pool at his hotel there was concrete and rough areas that we laid the asphalt area also including curbs that he did not want to pay to have taken up so with that being said there is no warranty for this work...
we laid the asphalt and the next day we got paid with that being said it shows we did our job correct but over time since the property owner did not want to have the job prepped correctly he is having issues that he was made aware of also this business owner was suppose to have a hot electrical wire and box shut off prior to laying the asphalt assured me it was and one of my employees moving the skid steer was tying the bury the “dead” wire and almost got very hurt and damage was done to my machine we have went back 2 time to talk this over with raja and each time he has a string out “employee” for his hotel get hostile and nothing can be done .
