Our apologies for delay in response to complaint; however, first receipt of this complaint was July 31,Andrew's Electric (AE) did not receive fax Revdex.com indicate was sent on 07/07/and 07/20/
This invoice has
been canceled/written off as of 06/15/We are not pursuing collections
By way of background:
AE received request for estimate on 2/11/from Customer
AE technician inspected property on 2/17/
Inspection required much more time than anticipated to trouble shoot and research electrical problems (hours includes on-site and shop time)
Travel to and from job was hours; AE did not charge travel time
An estimate and invoice were issued on 2/19/
AE called and sent past due invoice on 6/5/
Invoice has been canceled/written off (6/15/2015)
