Review: We hired andre to do our wedding photos and did not receive the quality we signed up for which Andre admited because of his personal separation with his wife. He has agreeded to refund half of the money but we have been trying to call and email and he has not responded when it,comes to refunding the money. We have been married for 7 months and have not recieved the refund he said was "ok" the month of wedding. When we call he ignores call when,we email he never responds.Desired Settlement: We want at least half of the money since he did only half of the work.
