I had a Great Experience with Andrews AFFORDABLE Moving Company! The owner Tim sent Joey and his crew to mive is out of state. I have to say we were very impressed that they arrived on tiime and stayed late in to the night until Everything was packed and ready to go to Or new home. Joey and his crew made sure all our furniture was padded and that the breakables didnt get broke. And im happy to say Everything arrived safely in Indiana the next day. The crew worked until Everything was unloaded and to Ohr satisfication! Thank you, Tim ,Joey and crew die makinh out mive a Great Experience and very pleasant! Andrews Affordable Moving Co had scheduled me a moving time of 8:30am on my date requested, Saturday 9/21/13. This company failed to provide service.8:00 am received a phone call that a driver was on his way.8:15am received a voice man from the movers that the company had doubled booked for my scheduled slot and they will arrive in 3 hours. The mover stated that he would give me a "shout" when they were on their way.11:47am The company has not contacted me. I called the movers because I had not heard from anyone. The employee told me he would have his boss contact me immediately.12:42pm Have not had a phone call from the boss or movers. I have no ETA as to when the movers will arrive. Absoutley zero communication from anyone. My husband called to get an ETA and was informed that the movers were dealing within a horders house and they did not know when they would arrive to move my and my children's belongings. My husband asked if I would recieve any kind of discount due to the lack of organization and communication Desired SettlementLong story short. At 4pm my husband called the owner and he said the mover packed up and went home for the day at 2:30p , but he could send a crew out Sunday morning. He said the mover we had been in contact with all day felt threatened by my husband because he cursed him on the phone and asked for a discount. We declined the Sunday appointment and I spoke with the owner to let him know my husband did not use any profanity or threating language to his employee. Myself our friends and family were all in the room during the conversation.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)No one ever threatened or cursed anyone during any phone conversation. We have 3 witnesses who were in the room during the conversations. This company is unreliable and I would not recommend them to anyone. Their customer service is horrible and their shift leader gets his stories mixed up. Very unfortunate situation .
