On January 30, 2017; I purchased a washer and dryer from [redacted] for $ [redacted] came to our home and installed the washer and dryer When doing so he was neglectful in installing the drain hose [redacted] then turned on the machine to show that it worked and left Approximately minutes after he left my husband went in to the hallway and saw it was rapidly flooding with water from the washer The water spread from our washing area to the hallway, dining room and kitchen I immediately called [redacted] while trying to contain the water He returned to our house and signed an agreement that he was neglectful in installing the drain pipe and would pay for any damage My husband and I had to remove the washer and dryer, remove all of our baseboard of the effected areas and run an industrial fan in an attempt to negate any damage I let [redacted] know I would be calling out a contractor to assess if there was any damage The contractor came out and said the only way to truly k

[redacted] with Andrew's Appliance diagnosed an issue with my Samsung washer on 9/7/17, which was leaking He had to order a part to fix it, which he thought would be in the following week I had to pay him $on 9/7/for the part to get ordered He told me as soon as the part arrived, he would come back to fix the washer The part was delayed, then must have been lost because he never could get accurate tracking on it weeks went by without any updates I followed up several times, and finally he found the part with another company, which he said he would have within 4-business days As soon as he receive that part, he would be out that day or the next to fix the washer Several more weeks went by, and he was unavailable with several excuses on why he could not finish the job I was following up almost every other day because I just wanted to get my washer fixed He would not answer his phone when I would try to call, and would only communicate via text occasionally

*** *** is a con artist...sold me a washer and dryer for $saying they were years old...when I learned how to read the code on the machine it turns out they were years old and the dryer has lasted less than one month He has not returned my messages He gets on face book yard sale websites and makes it look like he is just and individual selling his personal appliances not a person selling very old, commercial appliances in mass as a business and never puts his Millstadt business city as where he is
