ASM *** *** reached out to customer with offer to reduce labor charge to the hours customer states was quoted numerous times. Offer has been made to refund the add'l dollars charged to the customer

I apologize for any inconvenience that Toyota's tire pressure monitoring system may have caused. The system picks up not only leaks (which we didn't find any signs of during the service), but temperature change differentials as well. The tires were removed and reinstalled during the
service to accomplish the tire rotation and brake inspection and no damage was noted to any of the inside or outside sidewalls of the vehicle's four tires. Any damage that occurred to the tire after it left our shop isn't something that we can cover, but we can help the customer with the tire installation. The physical tire would be the responsibility of the customer and the service department would absorb the labor as a goodwill gesture due to the young age of the vehicle

General Sales Manager reached out to the customer and agreed to send her a check for the $75.00-

I am rejecting this response because: if you really think an employee is going to report that they damaged a tire than you are naive in todays worldIm not saying it was done on purpose, or if it was even noticed, but hours after my service my tire is damaged to where it needs to be replacedThere is no nail, screw, debris, etc sticking in the tireThere are no scratches, dents, paint being chipped, etc anywhere on the car that would have come from me hitting something as your employee on the phone tried to implyThank you for confirming that I will or anyone I know to not give you business again

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me given they honor the original value paid for the carI want a new vehicle so I do not have to return to toyota for at least a year! I use my vehicle for work and am self employed hence the reason I have been too busy to settle this problem months ago! I expect a value of 13k or more Anything less is beyond unacceptable for this lemon

Mr *** was given the results of his vehicle inspection at time of consultation regarding the dirty cabin air filterThe dirty filter was returned to him. Filters are only recommended when they are physically dirtyDirty filters can happen in as short a time as a week depending on the
ambient air conditions the vehicle is operated in.The engine air filter was determined to need watching- it was not replaced. The driver's floor mat was determined to be unsafe as it was double stacked and not secured.Maita Toyota will not be reimbursing the customer for the replacement of the cabin air filter

I am rejecting this response because:It is unfortunate that Maita Toyota is providing false and misleading information. I was never provided dirty cabin filter back. The cabin filter was deemed fine during my previous visit, about ten weeks prior. Regarding the engine air filter, I had replaced it about three weeks ago. Maita Toyota determined that the air filter was getting dirty and would likely need replaced during my next visit. This does not make any sense at all. I think Maita Toyota owes a more honest response. I am not demanding any money or financial compensation. I am, however, expecting a truthful explanation of their diagnosis report.Please see below my email correspondence with Maita Toyota. BTW, I did not get response back from the customer service manager, [redacted] which I was promised.

I offered to help her with this first by offering here a current value on the Scion XB. [redacted] told me she was in a hurry and she would have to come back and have that done. I would like to help [redacted] by identifying the current value of the Scion XB and addressing here needs on a replacement vehicle.
