We have signed contracts for the web design and digital marketing services that were delivered to our clientThe website was launched on November 2, We want to resolve this amicably and address all concerns with the ownerWe have yet to be able to speak to speak with him directly to discuss any issues with the websiteWe were made aware on 1/11/that our client has also charged back Month Services of $7,and the final web design billing of $1,We are willing to not fight the charge back of $1,to resolve this matterHowever, we stand by the fact that the work was delivered and completedPlease send all documentation to WebiMax, [redacted] so we can review and address with the owner
