I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Revdex.com spoke to consumer and the following was relayed:
I am not satisfied. He did not want to help with the ceiling. I have paid him in full for the balance owed and I want nothing else to do with him.

First of all, I would never laugh at a person's misfortune, and I treat all clients with dignity and respect,
regardless of their circumstances.
The written contracts state clearly the tasks to be accomplished (I will be mailing a copy of this letter as
well as the supporting documents to your...

office in [redacted], NY), and putting in a 2nd dehumidifier and a
2nd sub pump,and repairing the drywall that was damaged in her foyer were never part of any of the
contracts. The client was informed that her dehumidifier needed continuous emptying which we did
twice while addressing her mold issues. If she did not keep up on that or add sufficient equipment to
battle her basement problem, it is beyond the scope of our agreement, and was not a failure on my
behalf. She was living with soaking wet carpeting and even stated that she had lost two small dogs to
the mold problem and her newest was also beginning to cough. What she really needs is a new roof, but
she stated she was not financially able to pay for that and was looking into getting some grants.
We were able to clear out the damaged carpeting, clean up the mess in the foyer, and address the mold
problem sufficiently, and because she is in such hard times, I told her she could make payments on the
most recent contract for $950. I felt I was doing a good deed, and I am shocked to receive this
complaint. My sense is that she is first of all not being responsible for her end of things, and second of
all, may be trying to get out of the remaining balance. I feel it is unfair of her to compromise my good
word and business reputation with this tactic. If this is not a malicious tactic, this woman is a very
confused individual indeed. If she wants us to take care of the inside drywall issue, or anything else for
that matter, we would need to write a new contract and would need to be paid.

I contacted Andrews' Home Services in the summer of 2014, to have vents installed on the eaves of my home. Andrew hired out for all of the work, his nephew doing much of it. A couple other jobs I hired Andrew for while his crew was on-site were to put a new cap on my chimney. (They patched it rather than put in a new one!) Andrew's nephew was also assigned to put new gutters on the house. They all leak worse than the ones I had up to begin with. None of the new gutters are pitched to the downspouts, and some don't even catch the water as it races from off the roof; it goes right over the top the gutters!
Andrews' Home Services did a terrible job overall, and I still need a chimney cap and new gutters. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! At BEST, Andrew's workers are hack artists, leaving the houses they work on vulnerable to further damage from sun, wind, rain, ice, and snow.
