We have reviewed the customer complaint and cannot issue a refund on the earrings.  If you look at the attached receipt from the transaction you will see that it clearly states a refund would not be allowed on the earrings.  In addition the men's diamond ring that was purchased was...

sized and altered as per the customer's instructions, we cannot issue refunds on altered items.  The earrings are in-fact genuine white gold and genuine diamond, we do not sell imitation jewelry.  However, if Ms. Houston is having a re-action to the white gold this is not uncommon, some consumers are agitated by the alloys used in white gold.  We have offered to place platinum posts on the earrings free of charge for Ms. Houston.  Platinum is hypoallergenic and will not cause anyone to have reactions, again this we would do at no cost. This is the only receipt that I was given was one large sheet paper receipt that I have attached with this email the receipt that I see that they posted to the better business website is a receipt that I never seen. and they have a copy of the paper receipt I just attached to this email, and I was given my credit card application that I filled out for the store the store has the ring the earrings and the money I do not have any of the property and I do not have the money the receipt that they put up there I never seen that receipt .I filled out of credit card application paper and I attached the copy of receipt that I was given.  this is the receipt that they gave me and I'm also attaching a picture of the credit card application.this is the only receipt I was given and I was given my credit card application that I filled out for the store the store has the ring the earrings and the money I do not have any of the property and I do not have my money back. I would like a full refund for the items , I was sold used earrings that I was told was brand new not used [redacted] because I cannot wear plated ,nickel plated, Jewellery this is the reason I was paying 7,000 to get earrings that wouldn't infect my ears. And was told if I have any problems to bring them back which I did and the manager denied my refund and have both ring and earings. Ring was cut and alter and I didn't ask for that he insisted on cutting both items to make me keep them and I refused deliberately and explained I'm paying to much for items I'm not happy with and was sold used earrings and false information I'm explain I just wanted my refund and I was told to leave the store which I did. They are misleading and giving false information and I would like a refund. They also said they lowered the price of the ring so I couldn't return it to try to keep my money after I return to the store. I don't want to do business with this store. 10,000+ is a lot of money to be taken advantage of. They  will not settle this respectfully  nor take responsibility for their actions nor refund my money or give any customer satisfaction
