Andrews Paint and Body is very unprofessional, my car was in the shop for days exposed to the sun which ruined my key which was let in the carI took my car the *** after the so called work was done on the car except for my hoodThe chrome panels that were suppose to be replaced was never done, [redacted] said that he purchased a hood but could never show me the hood because he never purchased a new hoodMy vehicle sustained more damage while in the hands of the body shop*** has before and after pictures showing that the work was not done correctly and the parts that were to be replaced was never doneI am seeking legal advice do to the damage done to my vehicle while in the hands of this shop.Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted]

I bought everything that was on the estimate fix prior damage to her car and color match the painti can refund for her time

the customer kept out of the ins check kept her deductible re paid for all the rental overages on her car the car was complete except for a hood that had to be painted with all the hail damage claim we were backd up for weeks and made sure all rentals were paid so customers had a car to drive whike thiers were in shop
