I had a great experience with Andrews Plumbing in May 2016. Cade was the plumber who made the service call to our house. He answered all my questions and was very informative and courteous. Our kitchen sink was totally stopped up. Cade quickly resolved the issue and had our sink fully operational in about 10 minutes. I believe the pricing was very reasonable. I will not hesitate to call Andrews Plumbing for any future needs.

Review: Spoke with [redacted] on 2-23-15 at 6:33pm in regards to replacing a leaking hot water heater and cleaning the hot water valve in the shower. [redacted] explained what was clogging the hot water valve in the shower and said they would take care of it. The next day, his 2 guys replaced the hot water heater and after they assessed the hot water valve in the shower, the check for $650 was handed to them, while he was explaining their next steps. They needed to replace the stem and pick up the old water heater when they said that they would return later that day. They were not able to take the water heater because they did not have a hand truck to carry it to the van. They did not return that day.

I called [redacted] that evening and explained to him they did not return that day nor did they attach a down pipe from the pressure relief valve but they can take it off the old hot water heater that is now sitting in my back yard. He said he would take care of it.

I called [redacted] on Thursday February 26 and left a message. I called Friday the 27 and he said that he would come take care of everything Saturday morning, February 28th. He had a job at 8 am and would be over after that. I asked for a time and he said around 10. [redacted] never called or showed up. [redacted] did go to my credit union at 11:37 that morning and cashed the check.

I have called him a few of times the week of March 2 and he has not return my text or calls. My last calls to him Monday March 9.Desired Settlement: Fix the shower valve to the hot water, add the down pipe from the pressure relief valve to the floor and removed the old hot water heater from the back yard.
