I purchased a Honda Accord EX-L Vwith miles from Roush Honda in November The car came with a dealer warranty that includes "Brake System" for days/miles While driving one evening the anti-lock brake system (ABS) light and vehicle stability control lights both came on and stayed on I called Roush on 2/to make an appointment for the system to be repaired under warranty since I was still within the day and mile limits The first appointment available was a week later on 2/20, but I was assured by both the scheduler and the salesman that the warranty would be honored The appointment was scheduled for the morning and I was told to drop it off prior to AM
I decided to drop the car off the night before, 2/ I was checked in by the service adviser Andy Estes Upon completion of checking in Andy said it would be $up front for the technician to check the car I explained it was a warranty repair and Andy said he had to confirm that i

Service had been scheduled for 10AM Saturday July for an oil change/tire rotation/break fluid changeOver the phone the technician indicated it would be approximately hours, and the car would be dropped off-rather than waitingUpon entering the service area the employee indicated it would take approximately 1/hours for the service and I would be called upon completionAt 2PM I had received no callThree phone calls were placed to the service department at ###-###-#### which lasted a total of minutes, and I spoke with Neil and ScottWhen the calls were answered I asked for an update on the vehicleNo one came back to the line the 1st callAfter minutes of waiting, I hung up and called backThe 2nd call, I again asked for an update on the vehicleAt this point, out of frustration I cursed at the employee and asked him to please do his @# jobHe then hung up on meI called back for the third timeThe same individual answered, and I asked if he had just hung up on

ON 2.12.18, I took my Honda Civic for a tire rotation and oil change
I purchased an insurance program called Fidelity, which entitled me to free tire rotations and oil changes for as long as I owned the carI made the appointment on for o'clockWhen I arrived, Andrew E*** told me an oil change and tire rotation would cost $+ $for an under car inspection and brake check
I explained I didn't come for an under car or brake inspection, just the free oil change and tire rotation
MrE*** said I didn't have that insurance policy
But this is something that they sell to everybody who purchases a car from Roust's part of their certified car programI showed him the insurance card and he said it's only good if I have a complete inspection doneI told him that's not correctThe policy has nothing to do w/inspectionsI'm entitled to the free oil change and tire rotation
I told him I had a Fidelity policy and I wasn't going to pay

We purchased a vehicle in July and bought Gap insurance on the vehicle, the policy was sold to us as paying off the difference between what you owe and what the insurance company gives you, well Jan 19th our vehicle was totaled when we where rear-ended in accident, not our fault the insurance company paid off what they said the replacement value was but the gap all the sudden was explained to us in a different way that it is not payoff the entire balance leaving a balance of about dollars it looks like after all comes through
After reading the back of the contract ( which was not explained to us about a clause in there that they are holding to) we used an offer from our lender to skip a payment in December of and just pay $
And the gap company is saying that according to the above clause I mentioned we are responsible for that payment,
I should have read thee back of the policy before I signed but it should have been explained also to us, this is a big fa

I purchased a Honda Civic Coupe from Roush Used Cars on February 18, I paid the maximum blue book value for the car I was provided a Carfax and assurances that the car had not been in an accident Unfortunately I was involved in an accident where I was not at fault, but my car was totaled due to the amount of damage After the claims adjuster reviewed my car, he provided proof that my car was in accidents prior to my possession When I informed Roush that they had misrepresented the condition of my car when I bought it, I did not feel that they were professional in addressing my claims of overpayment

Car was taken to roush body shop for bumper repair picked up my car and two snow scrapers and my window protection was gone .called the mgr to complain he states he spoke with the technician and he had stated that he was unaware of the items The work was being done on the outside of car why were my back seat items in the back of my cry there was no need to move or touch these item I paid Roush To have my items removedDon’t think so I want my items returned or I will be their worst pr nightmareThey state that they provide great customer service, how by stealing from the customerI want what was taken form my car

I leased a car from Roush Honda in Jan I turned the car in to Roush Honda in Jan on schedule with all monthly payment paid on time Two months after the lease ended, they contacted me to pay a "turn in" fee This turn in fee was not explained to me when I leased the car, nor was it mentioned when I turned the car in In fact, when I turned the car in, I asked if I had any outstanding charges and was told I was paid in full I have been told that since I did not buy or lease another Honda, I own them a turn in feed I believe this is a deceptive and punitive business practice Honda has provided a copy of the lease agreement that shows the turn in fee When I reviewed the lease agreement they provided, I believe I paid this fee when the lease was initiated I attempted to talk with a representative at Roush Honda and they referred me to Honda of America Finance Dept I have been unable to contact anyone at Honda of America that can explain the turn in fee
