We did sell a *** ski boat to this gentlemen weeks ago from todayI have told him several times through e-mail that if there was a problem with the boat he could return it and we will fix itI had also told him that I would help
cover half of the transportation costsHe has refused everything and so here we areMy offer still stands he says the engine is bad and I am willing to fix itI have a full video of the boat running on you tube so you can watch and see for ***
Copy this into your browser and you can see how good the boat runs
We have a no return policy after the sale
As far as the titles the state of TX is filing for them this is were we bought the boatThey are very backed up just waiting to get them in should be any day just like I have told him several times

weeks not I have proof of money transfer and boat picked upAnyone who knows engines knows it will run with cracked blockWhat his video fails to show is the water pouring out of the engineHis video does not show the engine compartment and the flooded bilgeI was scammed by this as wellIt also shows he ran it and never drained the engineSo therefore that's when it may have crackedFirst he said it was gone through by his mechanic and now he claim the engine ranI am suppose to trust a guy to fix it when he can't even spot the problem to begin with? It will cost me ** (yes half way) to ship back and forthThat's on top of the ** already spent to shipI have had estimates and I sent him the lower of the twoThe estimate included a rebuilt engine NOT the original that I thought I was buyingHe had no right to even sell the boat without titleI have no proof I own the boat because he won't send titleI'm not just going to ship boat back to him without any proof of ownershipFirst he claimed he sent title *** then when asked for tracking number he said he is waiting for the title from the stateWhat's the law in Missouri in regards to selling without a title? No return policy on junk they sellThey should not advertise good working condition when they buy at auctions and just pass them offThis guy is one lie after anotherJudging by the numerous complaints it's obvious this guy is a crooked used car salesman and I'm not the first person he has taken advantage ofD- Revdex.com rating speaks for itself

We bought the boat from Dallas Ftworth TX, they sell boats on a registration form and not a titleWe applied for the title in the customers name and it has just taken the state of TX longer than normal
We are a marine dealer an I told this buyer if it really has a bad motor to send it to me and I would fix it 100%He will not do that I told him we could have it done in days and if he wanted to stay I would pay for a nicer hotel and the he could leave with a boat that is fixedMy guess is that the motor is good because he will not bring it back to do thatI am sorry you live far away that really is not my concernHe still has never called me on the phone or tried to reach out in anyway other than behind a computer screen
XXX-XXX-XXXX call me

Not once was a hotel offered and only after I spend ** in shipping did he claim to fixUnlike him I work an honest job and can not take days off to accommodate his childish anticsAgain if he really did not know the engine was bad then he is not a very smart mechanic and he would not be trusted to do a fixIf he is offering to fix then why is he so against letting the mechanic here fix it? I also said he could send the engine and I would pay for a trusted mechanic to fix and he refused that as wellI have tried to work with him but he is out to steal money from peopleI have every email on record and when he started lying I stopped phone communication because he refused to use proper channelsHe has committed fraud and misrepresented what he soldHe uses an as is policy to commit fraud which is illegalHe sold a boat without title in hand which is also illegalHe also claimed he knew the history of the boat, yet he bought it from auctionAgain lie after lieJust like all the other complaintsIts guys like him that really give used car lots a bad nameI will not go away and will continue to pursue a fraud claim against him

Is anyone reading these responses? Is anyone seeing the fact that he is calling me names? His "facts" are incorrectThe truck had 28,miles, not 14,I came "down" to *** because that was the cost of adding the heated seatsI refused a refund because he refused to pay the *** it cost me to have the truck shipped, thus I would have been out *** either wayHe promised several times saying "I said I will pay you and I will." I agreed to the *** because it was clear he wasn't going to honor his word and pay the *** he said he wouldI have Yet to see a dimeAnyone that reads his response can see that this is an extremely unprofessional individual and goes only to prove that the used car business deserves the reputation it hasIt's a shame, but any business owner that would make fun a a customer's name not once, but times in one response then ends with a statement like he did should have his license revokedHis response will be copied and pasted to the Attorney General of Missouri of which I also have a case filed

Revdex.com,
[redacted] purchased a vehicle from us off of eBay on 12/8/2015. He showed up that Friday to pick the vehicle up, and was happy with the vehicle and already left us a positive feedback on eBay. I tried to send the title to Mr. [redacted]...

the following Monday. I sent it via FedEx with tracking to the P.O. Box that he had given us for all of his paperwork. At the time I didn't realize that fedex doesn't deliver to P.O. Boxes. My mistake. I called and emailed Mr. [redacted] to apologize for my mistake. I then had to wait for fedex to deliver it back to me and I sent it to a different address that Mr. [redacted] later gave me. I sent it via FedEx again with tracking on the 17th. For some reason our fedex guy didn't come that Thursday to pick up any of my packages that were supposed to go out. I did not work that Friday so I didn't realize it until the following Monday. We are set up with fedex express saver, we are in a small town so they only come to pick up my packages on Tuesdays and Thursdays, we don't have a physical fedex close by. When I showed up Monday morning, I had numerous harassing emails from Mr. [redacted] on how I'm a liar and manipulating him. He refused to answer any of my phone calls. I emailed him and tried to explain the situation and apologize to him, and he will still only follow up with harassing emails back to me. Refuses to answer any calls from me. I have been completely honest with Mr. [redacted] and apologetic, because if I wouldn't have sent it to the P.O. Box in the first place, it never would have taken this long. His title is in our fedex box right now, waiting for the fedex driver to pick it up today. I can send you all of the harassing emails that I have recieved and you are more than welcome to call fedex to verify my story. They will have everything documented.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

To whom it may concern,
This 2012 GMC Sierra 2500HD 4x4 Duramax Diesel with 108,xxx miles was sold to Mr. [redacted] as listed and advertised. At the time of listing this truck, and Mr. [redacted] placing a deposit, the truck had no issues to...

report at all. In fact, the truck has some remaining factory warranty and Mr. [redacted] did declined our aftermarket AUL warranties. As a courtesy to our customers we offer pickup from our local airport typically in the vehicle they are purchasing. Which ends up being an approximate an hour and a half to two hour drive for us. Upon this lengthy drive the Low Blue Def indicator did come on. For those unfamiliar with Blue Def, it is an exhaust fluid required by federal law on all newer diesel truck irregardless of brand. It is as common as putting fuel in your vehicle or changing your oil, simply part of owning a diesel truck. I was notified of the warning light upon my drivers return with Mr. [redacted]. So I called our supplier and was able to get one box of the fluid to be awaiting their return. Once my driver with the customer returned in the truck we replaced the Blue Def fluid. AT WHICH TIME MR. [redacted] INSPECTED THE TRUCK IN PERSON AND CHOOSE TO FINALIZE THE PURCHASE. Since the light was still on we called the local chevrolet dealer and was told by the service rep that, "the truck could be driven and it could reset on its own, or if the truck was brought by they would be glad to reset it at no cost." Mr. [redacted] decided to take the truck by Chevrolet and instead of just making sure the Blue Def fluid was full and reseting the system, Mr. [redacted] decided to pursue suggested regular maintenance recommended by the chevrolet dealer. The repairs we're approved by Mr. [redacted] to perform. The work performed was normal general repairs associated with owning a newer diesel truck with Blue Def. Again Mr. [redacted] inspected this truck in person prior to completing the purchase. We went above and beyond in an effort to make this the most pleasurable experience possible. Did Mr. [redacted] return the truck at anytime? No, he did not. Mr. [redacted] kept the truck for it was a beautiful like new truck purchased WAY below normal retail cost.

While I commend them on finally admitting that the truck had a Def Fluid issue when I purchased the truck. I do some what disagree with who authorized the repairs. I was told by Midway Power Sports to take the truck to The Chevrolet Dealership and that they would take care of the repairs. They called the dealership, not me. Secondly, the truck would have went in to "limp or Low Power mode " in 22 miles had I not taken it directly to the dealership. Upon arriving at the dealership, Tom, the service manager told me he had spoken with Midway and they had asked him to make the necessary repairs. The service writer contacted Midway power sports and they again agreed to the repairs. I did not at anytime during that day authorize the repairs. Upon arriving the next morning after the parts were ordered, I was informed by the dealership that Midway had refused to pay for the necessary parts. These parts were not normal wear and tear items but parts that had been damaged while they were driving the vehicle as well.
Below is an excerpt from the sellers claim in a 3rd party arbitration with Ebay.
"The buyer did not demonstrate to me or my dealership that there was a problem that needed to be corrected. The exhaust had NEVER had an issue when I owned it or sold it. The truck was as advertised and he agreed to purchase the truck. He never had a third party inspection nor did he buy a warranty which would have covered this issue he is claiming and more in time when things wear or fail. We are not bad sellers we sell 100% every Tuesday night. We did not lie. The issue he is claiming was never reported through GM or our state inspection. If this exhaust failing was limiting the truck it would have done so on the 40 mike trip from the airport to the dealership. The feedback left is false and is not deserved. I personally have bought vehicles and had an issue once I have left the dealership but it's not there fault. If a problem would have risen we would have rectified the problem at the Time of the sale". As you can, their story now changes and they acknowledge that there was a problem at the time of sale.
My contention all along is that they recognized there was a problem, They sent me to the dealership for the necessary repairs as part of the sales agreement. They advertised the truck with no emission issues and they got caught. I have all along asked that they pay for the repairs that they agreed to do. it is really that simple.
in light of this issue and the repeated dishonesty of this dealer, I respectfully disagree with their statement and stand by my original issue. All of my statements are supported by facts, and have now been affirmed by ebays independent arbitrator.
Respectfully,
[redacted]

Mr. [redacted] did buy a 2001 Coleman pop up camper from my facility on the 12th of August. He had submitted an offer that was good enough for us to sell it to him and we did so. He paid for this camper in full via bank to bank wire transfer. ...

He saw that we had over 30 pictures and a full description on this unit. This unit is 14 years old and was explained that all pre sale inspections are more then welcome and very encouraged to our buyers. He never came to our facility and looked at the camper which I am not sure why I think he just wanted to get it bought asap then worry about details later. Well only one problem with that all of our used sales are sold as-is were is and the pop up camper realy was pretty nice for the year. We took so many pictures you could see everything good or bad. But as you know there is nothing like seeing it in person we tell our customers this religiously.
I will offer Mr. [redacted] a refund on the camper minus the deposit. The deposit is mandatory non refundable it costs us several hundreds to list these items on websites and time. Let me know if this will work.
