STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I came here to get my broken iPhone screen fixedI got a quote for $which made me super happydays later I reached for my phone in my purse and it came out almost in two piecesThe screen came totally offI've never seen such thing so I immediately went back to the repair shopThe owner Brandon was arguing with me for the first minutes how all this is my fault and what could I have possibly done so that the screen came completely offHe just wouldn't admit that the work he did was poorI had to head back to work so I left my phone there to get if fixed againHe said they only give warranty on labor not the parts which I think is hilarious because obviously this is just a really bad jobAnyways, few hours later I came to pick up my phoneThey charged me $this time because I bought an extra tempered glass to protect the new screenI was not very happy but what could I doNow the best part - it's days later and the screen is coming off again in cornersI emailed them right away and he told me to stop by any day after 10amI was standing in front of the shop today from 10am till 10.15am - the OPEN sign was on but the door was still locked and they wouldn't answer the phoneGood job guys, I really wonder how you stay in business doing such an awful job and argue with your customersSo far I spent $for nothingAgain, stay away from these peopleThey will just rip you off and you will end up going somewhere else to get your device fixedSave your money, time and energy

Review: Android Genius provide services to [redacted] phones to include screen repair. I brought 2 phones and asked to repair the screen.. When I came to collect the phones I noticed that one of the phones was not working.. The tech told me that he provided the service I asked for and although the phone didn't work they did replace the screen.. claiming that the battery is the issue and said it would be $30 to replace the battery.. I took a few days to think about it and when I came back the price went up to $50.. at this point I asked for my phone back with the old screen.. the tech then informed me that I will be charged $15 for the testing and it will be deducted from the refund.. I was very unhappy at this point but didn't really want to carry on the conversation and demanded my money back with or without the $15.. The owner of the store wouldn't agree to refund until I share with him again my dissatisfaction.. I asked for my money back several times and when it was clear that they would do it I had to leave.. Customer service and honest service is the foundation of every successful business.. I chose where to take my business and I am fully aware of that but no business has the right to take money from me for no service or refuse a refundDesired Settlement: Refund of the money AG owes me

Review: I took my cell phone in for a simply unlock procedure with was to have taken 30 minutes. After many delays unkempt promises, 3 weeks later, my phone was still at this shop and it was a complete total loss including loss of all data and irreplaceable family photos. [redacted] (owner) connected it to his computer and corrupted all the software. instead of buying me a new device, he fraudulently attempted to replaced the device on the warranty without my permission and then asked me for my personal account number and social security number. I tried to resolve it and find another solution. He was unwilling and we needed a phone so I eventually allowed the warranty replacement. I asked him not to touch the device in any way, not to unlock it. He tampered with the new device. He insisted I pick it up from his store and then refused to give me my own device.. He initially offered to to return to device ar no charge for our trouble and loss. Then he refused and I had to have a Newport Beach Police officer come and help me. I still had to pay $80 simply because we could not go without the phone any longer. My daughter needed it for work. I stopped in the store on several occasions to check on the device or try to pick it up and take it to someone else who could fix it. They refused every time. I was hard for me to go into the store because it smelled of marijuana. Brandon and his staff appeared to be intoxicated.Desired Settlement: Based on everything I saw the many times I was in the store and since, reading similar yelp reviews of highly dissatisfied customers, I suspect they are not conducting business in an ethical manner. I would like to see their business practices be reviewed. I would hope they cannot continue to take advantage and hurt people the way they have my family. Besides a refund, I would like an apology and I'd like for him to compensate my family for the loss of valuable photos.
