Review: I entered a contest on the [redacted] website and was informed via e-mail that I had won the second place prize of a Le Creuset pie bird. I gave them my shipping information within the first of the 3 day acceptance period and thought the matter closed. Two weeks later I realized I had not received my prize so I emailed them back and was informed it could take 2-3 weeks for delivery. Another week goes by and I still had not received my prize so I contacted them again only to be met with "sorry, you'll have to wait another 2-3 weeks". Which while unprofessional I understood as things do fall through the cracks. Sadly as of yesterday it's been another 3 weeks and while my previous e-mails were answered promptly the next day it's been 2 since my last (and I'll admit terse) e-mail and I have yet to receive a reply. I was never asked for money so I know it's not a scam and if they just use contests to lure traffic to their site I can't see why they would e-mail "winners" so I can only assume they just don't care. Which for a company that claims to put so much time and care into their product (Preserves and Jellies) I find offensive to my sensibilities... Further it's fraud.Desired Settlement: I want an apology & the Le Creuset pie bird I won! Preferably in black and I would like it shipped priority (next day air) as I feel nearly 2months of waiting is more than enough.
