*** *** First off my septic was never backed up ever! I have never had any of that in my homeI can call in several neighbors who will a test to that and to the fact I had field lines checked when we bought home in Jan and they are fine We had septic tank cleaned as it had been years since it had been doneWe wanted to be safe and have it cleanedThey came out two days later to re do tank as they did not clean it well So I called *** *** who told me on the phone no charge for second trip as they did not want a customer unhappy with their work but here we areOn November 11th at 1:pm this nightmare with *** *** Started with her calling my home nine calls in total all saved on our caller Id and also her insane voice mails two of them which are saved on our phone it show time and date and her number saved on recordingsEOC should have a copy of one of her calls as she was making physical threats to my daughter *** on home phone as I called them from my cell phone they EOC could hear her( *** *** )rants She made many physical threats towards me and my family during these calls After EOC heard her on phone they advised me to come in press charges which we did we went to Sheriffs office myself and my daughter *** went to the Sheriff and spoke to Officer ** *** who called her and told not to make threats or come to my home or she would be arrested.I never told that woman I would file bankruptcyNor did I cuss this person or make any threats to her .Nor do I need a pity hand out to clean septic tank as my husband makes very good money also would of turned over septic back up to home owners to pay claim if it had happened which it did not! AlI I want is the bill from second cleaning removed and marked paid in full and for her to apologize If not let us see her prove her liesI can prove my truth by call in EOC tape, Neighbors and Officer ** *** and the young man who cleaned the tank both times as it was just a cleaning as system had not been done in several yearsNo back up just a cleaningI am willing to give you all I have stated as I am telling the truth

As I stated before Mrs *** called and asked us to pump her tank as she has sewage backed up in her bath tub and from toliet, Stated she could mot pay entire amount and asked if we would accept payments of $per monthWe pump tank she paid $for June and July and two week later it backup up againWe agreed to pump again and and she would continue to make paymentsWe explained to her she need to go to heath department and get site evualation and have septic fixed her lines were not accepting effluent waterShe sent payment in for August and did not pay for three months we were working across street my husband stopped and asked her about the three hundred dollars she owed she told him she had not missed any payments.I sent her another invoice and it stated she need to get caught up or pay invoice in fullShe called me and said she was filing bankruptcy and was not paying a*** dime.She was screaming and cussing and I told her the bankruptcy threat did not work I would get it out of her in courtWe now have a court date and it will be settle there

In response to your email, I truly appreciate the opportunity to let you hear my side of this issue. 
June of this year we receive a call from Mrs.[redacted] and she was having septic issues, sewage was coming up in bathtub and overflowing the toilet. She stated she had no...

money but could pay $50.00 per month. So as feeling she needed a break we went pumped her septic tank. She paid 100.00 and said she'd send $50.00 month until the $150.00 balance was paid. Two weeks later she called back her tank was full again. Her lateral lines was not taking any effluent and tank was full. However,  she still did not have money to pay us. Our agreement was the same pay $50.00 per month and total was now $ 350.00 August she paid 50.00. I sent a Statement each month but she never paid any more. Left a balance of $300.00. We were working next door so my husband spoke with them and reminded them they had a balance. She told him  she had not missed ant payments. So following day I sent invoice stating balance and that it need to be paid in full or caught up todate because we had not received payment in three months. The called me on the phone and said she was filing bankruptcy and wasn't Paying me a [redacted] dime. Was screaming and cursing..... I told her we went out of our way to help her I'm time of need and had an agreement.  Person is only as good as there word.  I told her the bankruptcy thing didn't work with us I would take her to small claims court. So she has called police, Governor and turned us in with you stating we did not do a good job. Which was not the truth. This lady is trying to get out of paying her debts and damage out reputation. People in out community know [redacted] is a good septic installers and we go above and beyond to help our clients. No one else would come out and even pumped the tank without payment. This lady has no morals and is the one being very dishonest.
We strive to do a good job and help people to the best of our ability.
