Sales Manager, Bob S [redacted] , spoke with Cori on Tuesday, August 11th before this complaint was received He informed Cori that he would have the dents fixed in his bumper Bob will be making an appointment with the person who will fix Mr [redacted] s bumper Cori asked for some toupaint and Bob also gave him that too This issue will be handled by the dealership

I spoke to customer and explained that we would send them a check for the repair from 10/09/17. Check for $mailed on 10/19/17. Steve F*, General Manager

We have spoke to customer and agreed to refund him for his etchThe amount of the check refunding to customer is $ He was told that the doc fee is a standard fee that all dealerships charge The doc fee will not be refunded He agreed that he would be fine as long
we sent him a refund for the etch We are sending out a check today to MrKent

Dear *** ***, In response to *** *** complaint on September 11, *** brought her Saturn Outlook in for regular maintenance which included lube oil and filter and wheel rotation There were other concerns, she stated the service engine soon light
was on, the A/C was not blowing cold air and there was a safety recall Mrs*** Saturn Outlook is out of warranty so the estimate to repair the A/C evaporator along with the service engine soon light was $ Mrs*** stated that she did not have the funds at the time to make these repairs *** *** contacted General Motors and they agreed to assist the customer with these repairs and to have the customer pay $for the repairs The customer stated she still did not have the funds to make the repairs so Andy Mohr Buick GMC waived the diagnosis fee and explained that they would hold the offer for the time being On March 3, the customer came into Andy Mohr Buick GMC to make the repairs that were mentioned above The repairs were completed and the customer picked up the vehicle On March 10th, after being driven miles the customer brought the car back and stated the transmission was shifting hard and it had a loud sound to it We advised Mrs*** that in order to give her a proper estimate on the transmission it would be necessary to disassemble the transmission to evaluate the extent of repairs required Once again we were willing to work with Mrs*** and offered to split the cost of the repair with her and she declined Andy Mohr is willing to help even though the car is out of any warranty I do not feel like we have done anything wrong I feel we have gone above and beyond in assisting Mrs*** that owns a Saturn Outlook with 101,miles on it

I'd like to add that when I originally filed the complaint, I was unaware that Bob was off for the week prior which explains why there wasn't a return call.I feel that I was premature in my complaints, and it appears a resolution is in motionRegards,

for some touch-up paint and Bob also gave him that too.     This issue will be handled by the dealership.
