In short, I was also a victim of their treacherous schemes. STAY SAFE AND PROTECTED. DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I hope you will not make the same mistake that I have made, which is to allow myself to become a victim of a treacherous scheme.

I wish zero was an option for rating this company.

Andy Mohr Kia E US HWY Avon, IN Here at Andy Mohr Kia we do hundreds of oil changes and included is a complimentary wash with no additional cost to the customer We spend much time and many resources ensuring a satisfactory experience each time our customers visit The materials, soap and water that is used on our customers vehicles is the same as the materials, soap and water that we use on the entire new car inventory also We monitor our vehicles and processes to prevent damaging our vehicles as well as customers vehicles After each visit the vehicle is brought into a very well lighted indoor service drive Each customer is walked to the vehicle and has ample time to visually inspect the vehicle of any dissatisfaction Before the customer leaves they also pay for any services they had authorized with a written signature before any team member at Andy Mohr Kia performed the agreed upon maintenance Utilizing a visual inspection before the customer leaves ensures that we can Identify any issues that may have occurred Anytime a customer brings a vehicle in with a concern, we pair them with the advisor that reviewed the vehicle We did not damage the paint on a Sedona as mentioned in the notice we received on 12/30/Case# [redacted] We wash hundreds if not thousands of vehicles, and are always aware of paint finish and quality It is important to us that our customers are completely satisfied However, we cannot take responsibility for something we did not do Jesse A [redacted] Andy Mohr KIA

The response from the business are email responses I received from Andy Mohr Kia.  I provided the Revdex.com these emails.  What this proves is what I claimed in my initial complaint.  I went to the dealership, a salesman looked at my car, I sat down with the finance manager.  He informed me that with my trade my payments would be more like 400 not 200.  Before I left I asked the sales manager for my gas card that was promised to me for coming to the dealership.  He said and I quote "the free gas card is only for those who purchase a vehicle".  The salesman was present and heard this.  Again, this complaint is about the communication via email between myself and Brianne M[redacted] of Andy Mohr Kia. I told her my exact circumstances and she said in an email I have "What day would work for you? My manager said she'd even throw in a gas gift card".
