I am rejecting this response because:
The gentleman's response is filed with several liesAfter stacking the wood that was delivered, I measured it, and it clearly did not measure the standard cord size of 4x4xwhich was promisedI pointed that out to him and even offered to show him with my tape measure, but he said it wasn't necessaryRegarding the size of the pieces, I sent him pictures which I still have as proof that the size ranges are not what he claimsI will provide pictures as proof upon request

To whom it may concern: I did deliver this gentleman a cord of seasoned firewood to his homeI later recieved a text saying it wasn't a full cordI know it was a full cord, I have sold firewood for years and have a very reliable measurement systemI have not received any
complaintsI told this customer I will bring out more wood to keep him happy and he acceptedI dropped off a second load and then he began to complain about the size of the logsThe wood is varied in sizes and log lengths between 14-inches. I would welcome you to come down and look at my operation and see for yourselves that my firewood is great quality, seasoned and split. Like I already said, when he reached out to me I rectified the situation with an extra delivery at no charge to the customer to keep him satisfied and will not be refunding any moneyI have not received any other complaints and stand behind my product.Thank you

Again, I welcome you to come look at my operation so you can see for yourselves the quality product I am putting out.
