We are sorry that the customer feels this wayWhen we have the customer sign the contract and make the final payment, our contract is very clear that they agree that the job was completed and that they accept the quality of the work as it is defined in the contractIf there were concerns they should have made them known to us before signing the contract, and certainly before submitting a complaint to the Revdex.com

I will not use or recommend this company againthey have no respect for the time or inconvenience they place on people when they give out wrong information to the customers or their workersI used this company on the recommendation of an acquaintanceshe implied they were on time for her appointments and reliablethis was not my experienceI knew nothing about charging by the job until the day of the appointment when the worker told memy error for relying on another's input and not refusing the per job chargesi should have shopped around more

I did not allow the contractor to do work on the side but instead contacted the owner and made him aware of the proposal made by the contractorThe contractor did not complete ANY of the jobs I contracted with the companyWhen I was contacted for another laborer to come finish the work - this was a day AFTER the business received my original complaint. The contractor had me give him a check for the job as he said John was on him about his costs for suppliesI personally feel this business is unethical and should e further investigatedThey took advantage of the fact I am recently widowed and had never worked with contractors priorI still have incomplete jobs and cannot put my house on the marketI am a disabled vet and cannot do the work myself

Customer contacted me after the project was completed and said that the drain was "falling apart"I sent my craftsman back out, and he found that the drain pipes appeared that they were not aligned as we had left them when we installed themWe informed the customer that it appeared that it was a
manufacturers defect, and that our warranty only covered the install laborWe would, however, only charger her half of our plumbing repair cost, and that I would not profit from this repairShe was upset that I was not fixing this for freeWhen we dismantled the drain we found that it was broken, and looked like the wire basket that was in the cabinet was wedged against the piping and broke the plastic pvc drain pipeIn either case, the repair was not covered by our warranty, and I discounted the cost as a courtesy

Workman arrived on time, was very professional and did a great job

the broken part was the pop up assembly not the drain, I paid for a 2nd pop-up assembly. the wire rack has always been in the cabinet without interfering with the drain pipes. once again for the inconvenience of multiple appointment scheduling and misinformation regarding appointment times. the cost of this repair should not be charged. the worker did a good job but the person doing the scheduling did a bad job with misinformation to me and the worker. he did reduce his cost but I had already paid this company over 600 for other repairs. 4 repairs were charged 95 each regardless of the amount of time it took, most of the work was done on the same day including the pop up drain. they came a 2nd day to install a fan and run new wire. fan charge was 325.

Since the customer agreed to hire the contractor on the side, outside of the contract she signed for the work that was completed, I cannot help her. She signed the contract that said that she accepted the job as described, that the job was completed to her satisfaction and the she understood these...

policies, then paid for the project in full. As far as the additional $2,000 in labor and or materials, I have no written contract from my company regarding this issue. I called to set an appointment to send another contractor out, and she refused the appointment.

We charge by the job, not by the hour. We are clear about this in our advertising, and on our contract. Because of this, we could have charged the full minimum service charge for this project, not the reduced fee we charged. This customer is looking for a free service out of inconvenience, but our warranty does not cover this.

I will not use or recommend this company again. they have no respect for the time or inconvenience they place on people when they give out wrong information to the customers or their workers. I used this company on the recommendation of an acquaintance. she implied they were on time for her appointments and reliable. this was not my experience. I knew nothing about charging by the job until the day of the appointment when the worker told me. my error for relying on another's input and not refusing the per job charges. I should have shopped around more.
