In regards to the faucet, we do not warranty manufacturer’s productsOur website, brochures and contracts specifically state warranty is for labor onlyThe faucet lasted over months, which would indicate it was not an installation problemAs far as receipts are concerned, our office
provides copies of receipts upon requestOriginals are turned in to the office by the craftsmanWe can provide a receipt for this faucet so it may be returned to *** ***The $charge to replace the faucet is not out of line I don’t know what the customer meant by probably would have to pay moreShe was not charged more In the interest of this customer we will provide a refund. *** ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.They don't even know what faucet I am referring to!!! It did Not come from *** *** and did not last months! It came from *** *** and no water cane out of it is the washing machine, not kitchen faucet! I am having trouble typing on my tablet so just send money backI need to address their response at another time but will wait until refund recd to decide
