I apologize for the delayed response I spoke to the craftsman and he just thought it was better that he not perform the job He is very skilled at many trades, but hanging window treatments which is very subjective is something that he discovered at the time that he is not comfortable doing I regret that he could not satisfy the customer, as that is always our ultimate goal

I called this business for an estimate.Tom ***,the owner, said he would send "Joseph" out tonight (08/25/16).It is now 9:30PM,no one has ever called to explain this rudeness and I am surprised that you would support and positively rate this establishment

As it clearly states on our invoices, there are no warranties on roof repairsRoof repairs are one of the few things that Andy OnCall cannot guarantee, which is common in the roofing industry because of the difficulty to locate some leaks. But, in good faith, Andy
OnCall will refund the $*** service fee to the customer

This company is the worst or the worst very unprofessional and rude

The first project they did was excellent. That person is not available I am told.  I would like to know if they have as well a qualified person as substitute.

This company is very unprofessional. They exhibit a lack of communication between managers and staff workers as well as family members. They employ rude and unprofessional staff members, and they are very unorganized. My experience with them was awful from the disrespectful unscheduled pop up sessions at my sons home, to the dishonesty of the management staff that could have ended in my son possibly being neglected. If I had to give them a score it would be a 0. I later found that there are companies that I could change to, and I certainly did! And I am grateful, even though they lied to Tenncare when asked about my sons case!

I hired this company in May of 2016 to do a couple of small repairs (leaky faucets, concrete repair, vanity top installation) and to put on an exterior door to my basement.
The first contractor the owner, Andy [redacted], sent out had an anger problem. He was negative, complained about the owner, left my house unlocked several times, lost my dog (who I had to run home from grocery store to retrieve, dog was blocks away from my home), and flew into a rage over a doggie door situation. He also asked me inappropriate questions about my personal life and told me he was in an abusive marriage. I had asked him to install a small doggie door for my 17 lb dog that no person could crawl through.
I came home from work to find no door on my house, and a size large doggie door cut into a door lying on my driveway. I stated to him that it was too large, didn't feel safe, and to please put my old door back on the house. He refused, called me a racial slur, started yelling at me, postured toward me in a threatening manner, and grabbed my arm when I tried to move a tool kit to see his license plate number on his truck. He was trying to leave, throwing things into his truck, and there was no door on my house. I'm a single mother, felt panicked, and called the police. They came and had him put the door back on the house. I talked to the owner who was apologetic, but he was out of town and didn't do anything.
When the owner came back, a week later, against my better judgement, I allowed him to send a second man to my house. This man was very friendly initally, but he also began to become inappropriate. He came to measure for my door four times, began texting me in Spanish, and calling me "Beautiful." He also told me his life story, told me his father beat him as a child, and told me he was in prison for assault. I began to feel uncomfortable, and when he asked me to leave a key to measure for my door for the 5th time, I refused and told him I wasn't comfortable. I also had rebuffed his advances.
Then, last night, I was texting with him for 75 minutes trying to pin him down (will save all the texts) on when he could measure the door for the 5th time and finally order the door which would take another 2-3 weeks. He kept being evasive, telling me he had other big jobs, didn't know when he could come.
I'd had it with this company. The owner did not oversee anything, told me it would be resolved quickly after he sent the first angry contractor out, and it failed. I was also very uncomfortable with the lack of boundaries with these men, the prison record of the second one (I was never told), and the general fear/frustration I had over a 3 month period. I started this job in May of 2016, this is now August. The owner doesn't appear to screen his employees very well, and there are other complaints on [redacted] about this same issue. He also does no over-seeing, should have checked in with me after the first disaster. Not professional.
