Several calls were made to [redacted] ;one of which he said "he knows where the problem is and will be by to fix it" He also said his delay was due to the excessive rain that caused several clients with interior problems that he needed to address prior to my home, which I understood Another call was made of which his brother, [redacted] spoke with us that [redacted] had a family medical occurence for the "past couple weeks and a family member had just been released from the hospital" Again, I understand circumstances, but am disappointed in the lack of follow up (whatever it may be) by him and his companyHe also did not follow through of his previous conversation with me We have had another roofer handle the work of which some is similar to what [redacted] "completed" Regardless of his willing to make monetary restitution, he should be a man of his word and stand behind his "guarantee" I hope our experience is shared with other consumers when considering his company
In a recent experience, *** (owner of Andy the Roofer) quoted me a price for installation of a solar fan, including the labor to remove metal panels, etc Then he suggested that the better way to cool my attic was to put in a mesh type vent system That would cost little less that the solar fan project but it was more labor intensive and would probably take the entire day Job was done in hours, with breaks to go and but parts Being charged a price for a job that was labor intensive, requiring most of the day to get it completed does not quite equate to hours of work Based on the work involved, this job was way overcharged Shame on *** I would NEVER recommend this outfit
*** the roofer has done several jobs for me over the years on all my propertiesExcellent work and great pricing has made *** the owner my go to guy for all my roofing related needs
Gave *** the roofer $to fix a leak in our kitchen this summer He said it would take his crew a half day to complete the work but in a couple of hours he was done and gone The leak was in our kitchen After the first hard rain we noticed the leak moved from its initial spot to a few feet over We called and he returned to fix Was here a couple of minutes and gone The next hard rain, we noticed the leak had moved again a few feet to the other side, but still in our kitchen When we called to let him know that the leak just keeps moving, he told us he was away and would come back when he got in town After several calls, he informed us today that he would not be back to fix He said that he fixed the leak and this was a new leak For $1,to fix a leak in the kitchen seems pretty steep if he won't guarantee his work It's not like this is a leak in a new room He was rude and extremely unaccommodating Be sure to ask for a guarantee if you decide to do work with him
I am very pleased with my roof repair from Andy the Roofer*** (the owner) was very professional and my repair was done in a timely mannerHis work is also warrantied
I cannot recommend [redacted] the Roofer as the job is still not complete. Paint peeled back from the area that had been repaired just days prior, exposing the plywood and making the front entrance unacceptable to my property manager. Repairs were made with the promise of follow-up paint. [redacted] even called one day to say he was on his way over but never came or called. I am tired of waiting and will finish the job myself. Very disrespectful businessman. I would not call on this roofer again.

Gave [redacted] the Roofer $2100. To fix a leak in my roof in June, 2014. After many calls he did come back but always said the roof could not be leaking . Ha fixed it. Well the roof still less. Call several times and he hung up on my husband. Discovered today we're water is leaking in the wall. Will have an inspector check. This is just so wrong.

[redacted] the roofer& company did work for me on October 6th and I was very satisfied. They were referred to me by a friend that had work done by them. if you want quality work done id recommend this company.
