[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Andy's Second Hand is not being TruthfulThe receipt I furnished proves that the cost was more than stated in the response receivedIf the tax is removed, the cost is an even $360, thus illustrating their dishonestyPhone records can reveal the number of times my girlfriend at the time and I made phone calls and texts to this business as well as to their service techsIf the Revdex.com were to request this information from Andy's Second Hand, it is highly likely they would not willingly provide it as it would show proof of their guiltAttached are pictures of one of the "short cuts" Andy's Second Hand takes to sell their productsPicturedis a thermal couple designed to shut the dryer off in the event of hazardously high temperaturesNotice it has been bypassed which according to the fire department is a big no no as that safety feature is no longer thereThe dryer continues to shut down meaning they would have to otherwise scrap the unit unless the bypass is madeThis allows Andy's Second hand to sell a unit that would otherwise not work however the unit presents aserious fire hazard when sold in such a conditionI have recently discussed Andy's Second Hand with All Brands Appliance & Service where I have gotten most of the parts needed to fix my washer/dryerThey mentioned that many of their customers have expressed similar experiences with appliances purchased from Andy's second handAdditionally they mentioned they've seen numerous units sold from Andy's second hand in which they have taken unsafe shortcuts to sell appliances,similar to the thermal couple bypass done in minevery disappointed with this businessThey are going to hurt someone if they are not shut down.

our repair man is not responsible for this for many reasons! The flooding occurred days after the repair was done on the washer that only needed a coupler needed to replaced. they used this daily they and have had this washer since March
2014 with no issues at all they used that washer to death and when we brought it back and swapped her out with a different one her washer was so nasty and so rusty you would have thought she had it for over yearsIt looks like she never even cleaned it if my repair man was negligent when he only replaced a coupler it would have flooded when he tested it. When *** 1st called for a service call my repair man only had to replace a coupler which is no where near the vacuum line and it has nothing to do with the water level vacuum line at all The vacuum line loosing elasticity and blowing off is a manufacture defect from WhirlpoolAnd standard procedure would be is to cut and reattach and it will fix the problem , a zip tie is not required but my Repair man only SUGGESTED maybe to apply one for reassurance if they had one. if the vacuum hose were to come disconnected more than once it is usually from OVERLOADING IT, having a complete unbalanced load Causing the hose stress to pinch or jerk and then come loose When they moved her washer during the remodel and then by having someone else reattach it other than us they would be held reliable and not us. The warranty covers all repairs for months after then after that typically all repairs are only $and was only increased to $60.00 un We give receipts for all repairs that require the customer to pay out of pocket if a customer received services for FREE such as Mandy there would be NO RECEIPT GIVEN. Also in our store it is posted all over the walls that if any leaks occur be sure to shut off your water to avoid flooding and we will not be held liable for the damages. So when my guy *** was out at *** house he called me what the issue was I told him even though they would typically owe since it was past there months to not charge them for this repair because it did require any parts to be replaced and it was just a factory part that just went bad and we will just go ahead and fix it to be kind to her. *** also didn't tell the truth on a lot of things in her compliant ! For one she said she called during the afternoon and evening our machine clear states don't leave a message because we can not get it and to call only during business hours of am to pm if we missed the call during business hours it says to call us back. 2ND she stated in her compliant saying my repair guy said he cant talk with due to the attorney said so that was another lie My repair man is honest and upfront Christian man who would rather tell the TRUTH even if he were to get in troublemy repair man never speaks with attorneys and he would never say that to a customer OUR REPAIR MAN AND ANDYS 2ND HAND IS NO RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS, IT WAS A PART FROM WHIRLPOOL INSTALLED AT THE FACTORY WHEN ORIGIANLLLY BUILD THAT JUST GAVE OUT IF ANYTHING *** THE COMPLAINTENT NEED TO GO AFTER WHIRLPOOL FOR THISEVEN THE INSURANCE COMPANY AGREES WITH THIS. WE NOT ONLY COVERED OUR WARRANTY ON A USED APPLIANCE BUT WE DID EXTRA FOR HER AT NO EXTRA COST TO HER by not charging her after the warranty was out and by swapping her washer out at no extra cost to her. Thank you

The way the warranty works is the 1st months of warranty is all FREE all parts and labor and after the months are up it cost $dollars only each time we come out! That $dollars includes all parts and labor! If *** would have went any where he would have paid well over $
or more on just one service call.first of all the guy is lying big time first of all he only spend $on the set Plus tax and what he fails to tell you is the during the 1st months of warranty it was all free it never ever cost him a cent for us to fix it. another thing is my repair guy never ever goes out times to fix appliance l ! if any of washers or dryers has an issue more then times my company policy is to swap them out with another that way we don't have to continue to go out there on a repair Another thing is with this the guy had the appliance now for YEAR r and MONTHS NOW!!! and has been using them all along! I have a no refund policy so he will not be getting any money back on this purchase its not like you can buy a used car for a year and then demand payment back on it when you don't like it anymore ! what I can do for him is swap him out with another set of equal value to what he paid For for FREE or he can pay a little bit more for an upgrade To a nicer and newer set since *** bought one my cheaper sets over a year ago!
