I shouldn't have to pay for service that was not performed and lied to, twice, that the service requested was done

Washer repair service I requested was explained over the phone and again written out before the technician arrivedService requested was to remove the stuck tub from the basket in the washer to inspect for clothes trapped under the tub, a common problemBecause I don't have the equipment to do so, I requested the serviceI suspected this problem as it happened two other occurrences that I managed on my own, and wanted to rule it out
In discussing with the technician over the phone while he was at my house and I was at work, he told me he took out the tub and found no clothes stuckI was suspicious he had done this because his diagnosis of the problem came minutes after he arrived per my wifeI explained I could not remove the tub because it was stuck, he ex

Absolutely horrible:
This is on a less then month old *** refrigerator Freezer it broke on May 2016(Friday)Andy's told us they would be out on Monday, they called Monday, said they were waiting on parts, would be out Wednesday, called Wednesday said they would be out Friday, showed up Friday, with NO parts, worked on fridge said it was junk and *** would need to give us new fridgeContacted *** said no way it needed to be repaired:
To make the long story short Andy's came out two more times over the course of a month, freezer would work for one day then stop workingafter the third repair attempt by Andy's, I contacted *** again to see what could be done, since they only had records from Andy's for the last repair attempt and no records for the first two attempts, then it needed to be repaired
*** from Andy's called to set up a repair, I told *** they were not coming out again that I was tired of being lied too by Andy's, he stated very rudely if I didn't like it to call *** or *** because that's who sold it to us
I called *** they lined up *** to come out, they came out, it was a closed system problem, they could not fix it, I called *** and finally received a replacement refrigerator
Today is July 15, day's since the freezer broke and we just received the replacement refrigerator!
I blame Andy's for being day's without a freezer, had they supplied *** with the repair invoices from the beginning, and showed up timely, I feel it would have been taken care of a lot sooner!
The sad part is we had used Andy's appliance over the years for all of our appliance repair needs, we will not use Andy's again and would not recommend to anyone! Not very professional in handling the situation at all!

We have used Andy's Appliance Repair (Omaha location) for two recent appliance repairs They were great! A technician arrived in a timely manner and charges were very reasonable I have personally recommended Andy's at my workplace's bulletin board (300+ employees) and will definitely use them again

*** was great He came at the time designated I was expecting a major repair and a good cleaning was all that was needed He took the time to show and explain to me how this cleaning is done Very helpful and thorough
