It's absolutely ludicrous because I'm not complaining about a mark in the middle of my bumper out I'm complaining about the straight-line scratches and both headlights from frozen soft gloss and I recently noticed that the driver side mirror has straight line scratches as well, I have also being a full-time Uber driver have heard other complaints not only from employees, who have said that Andy's auto wash has had nothing but problems with that soft cloth drying system, the other Uber passengers I have picked up and we have discussed the damage to my car and one passenger went so far as to even tell me he used to have the full service package there like I did, and a bunch of cars got jammed up on the track at all ran into each other and cause damage at Andy's auto wash try to hide the fact that it happened and try to deny it from the get go that it never happened t he's the one who did damage to it blah blah blah blah, and finally I don't know if they went back over the video limply finally made it that they all hate each other and they finally made it right with him but the fact they try to screw him out of it sounds awful familiar to what I'm dealing with.I will reiterate one more time that I have video of the entire conversation with Matt and it's on putting out this damage Matt is laughing at me with a big grin on his face, and he told me he would take it to Andy but he highly doubt it he would do anything about it, my response was then I'll take Andy to court if I have to, his reply was well I'm not even going to take it to Andy then, he also tried to get me to believe that a soft cloth spinning on a machine which the car and it comes off immediately which is BS especially when it's wet or dry it's going to rub on the vehicle in the motion that it's spinning until the length of the clock his reached it's limit on the spin like I said it's documented on video hard to argue with the video, none of this he said she said stuff proof is proof

me After reviewing his response to our initial response, I would like to state that the towel dry machine that he claims damaged his vehicle hangs 5inches off the ground and is 7ft tallIf the machine was frozen in any way to damage his headlights it would have damaged other partsHe states that the chunks off ice would have broken off after hitting his headlights therefore it not damaging anywhere elseThat doesn't explain the other or more feet of the wrap going around the rest of his vehicleHe also states there was a chip in his hoodWhich he showed me when on our propertyThe mark is located on the passenger side of the hood more towards the top half by windshield areaThe wraps that he alleges did that come out in front of the vehicle to center of the bumper and work there way around the entire vehicleSpinning at a rapid paceSo for there to not be a mark in the middle or towards the front bumper area is hard for us to imagine it coming from any of the equipmentThe mark is in a pretty straight line marking and with how fast the wraps spin they would make a curved shape mark if ever caused due to that spinning natureThank you for all the help ***Thank youSent from my iPhone

Company responded by phone 2/6/17-nkmAndy from the company states that the consumer’s car only has scratches on the headlights and he states that if the cloth was the issue, there would be scratches all over the consumer’s car
