people who come to do the treatments are very professional however, there is this lady on the phone who is extremely rude she will make fun of you when you call asking for help regarding lizards/insects stuck to sticky tape to be removed if she continues to be this rude I am sure to discontinue with precision pest control services when signing in for the services I was told they will come for treatment as many times as required till the problem persistsHowever this lady will always come up with some excuse and say they can't send anyone for atleast next days!!! Whenever its someone else apart from this lady I get excellent service from them I have recommended my friends to their service but if no action is taken against her rude behavior I along with my friends will for sure discontinue their services
They have a great price point; and I love the service and work precision offersSo far everyone on their crew has been awesome! I Recommend them to everyone!
I can't stand bugs and definitely not rats!! I have a house that backs up to a field so we had a bunch of ratsPrecision Pest was only company that helped us get them under control!! They also come out same day to remove them so you never have to touch them
I am very happy with the service I receive from Precision Pest ManagementDue to a not so great experience with another pest control company I had my doubts, but their customer service has been impeccable and our service technician, ***, is not only polite and thorough, but very informative as well I am very fortunate to have found a company that does not try to sell me on a wide variety of products and makes me stay on top of them to get them done Precision Pest Management listens, respects my time and takes care of the pest issues that are most important to me I would highly recommend them to anyone

These guys were just awesome! I had two other pest controls previously and no one managed to get rid of the mosquitos that were everywhere this yearThese guys came out and took the time to treat my yard completely and thoroughlyI have not had a problem sinceNot to mention that anytime I ever have an issue they are out there same day without charging me any extra!
