Andy's Motorcycle Shop

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The owner is just simply neglecting to state the basic facts #My [redacted] has been in his shop since February 2014.#When the [redacted] was supposedly repaired and ready for pick up April 2015; it was towed by Andy's Shop the very same day & driven less than miles.#I paid and the [redacted] was not repaired and acting the same way it was when I initially entrusted this shop to make the repairs.I refuse to wait another year for the repairs to happen The shop has not even given me a courtesy call to provide me with an update since April! [redacted] On this caseID #i [redacted] we found Head gasket leaking and we pulled out the engine to replace the Head gasket and related parts as the job requiredWhen he came to pickup scooter, Total Invoice Charges were $(of which $was Labor) I offered Mr[redacted] a one time goodwill discount of $off the total invoice charges, lowering the invoice total to $ He happily agreed Mr [redacted] then produced $in cash and offered to make a small partial payment, and said he would return with the balance, because he stated he was unable to pay the bill in full at that time I informed him that the bill must be paid in full to remove his fixed scooter from the shop After a few minutes more at the counter he produced additional $bills from his wallet and paid his bill in fullHe was then thankful and had NO mention of any additional scratches on his scooter,aside from existing scratches that were already there,nor had he contacted us at anytime thereafter regarding any new scratchesAt a later date Mr [redacted] came in with his scooter with another problemI assessed his scooter promptly the same day and called him back that day to inform him that the water pump had gone out and needed replacementWithout question he agreed and said "okay do the repairs" and was Okay with contacting him upon completion of job I then informed him that I would order required parts immediately, and he was satisfied with my actions "Hawaii's Most Recommended Shop" Andy's Motorcycle Shop [redacted] ***
