I had a new furnace installedAndy's called and said camper was ready to be picked upWhen we got there they had not even finished the job
We took the camper home after being assured the furnace worked, when we tried to check the furnace it WOULD NOT workWe called Andy's and of course they told us to bring the camper back, of course they did not even consider the time and expense this would be to us! I am convinced that Andy's has gotten too big for the lower class campers! I had to rewire myself! This is Not exceptable

Avoid Andy's RV service at all cost They had my Columbus 5th wheel for months with a list of factory repair items They only did about 1/of the items and they did a very poor job on most of these The sliding doors in the unit was dropping and all they did was lower the roller on the door days into my trip the track fell from the ceiling The installed new axles under the unit They broke one lug (did not tell me or repair it), did not torque the lug nuts, did not inflate the tires to the proper pressure They did not adjust the breaks and I left with no trailer breaks The auto level module was blown when I went to pick the unit up and I had to drive another hrs home and return the following Th I asked if the unit was cal and they said yes, It was not This is not all Many more problems from having them "FIX" my unit Please avoid Andys!!!!
