Mr*** is not my customerHe lives in an apartment complex where my company was hired by the management company to tow illegally parked cars and cars that do not have proper apartment parking stickers or even unregistered vehiclesMr***'s car has been parked in the lot for quite some time
in disrepairAt one point it was up on blocks while the repairs were being doneThe management company wanted it removed because it didn't have a parking permit on displayWe towed the car on a flatbed to our shopIt is impossible to do damage to a car being towed in this mannerBy Mr***'s admission he had the car towed to his apartment because he knew it was not roadworthyMr*** did call me the following day and told me he was driving the car and the ABS light came on and then he told me all the dashboard lights went outWe explained to him that nothing we did would have cause that to happen and suggested different things he could try because it sounded like an electrical issueWe even helped him disconnect the battery to see if that would reset the computer in the dash but when that didn't help we suggested he talk to his mechanicMy guess would be that the battery dies while the car was not being used and the dash needed to be re programmedAgain, I would like to reiterate that a problem of that kind would be absolutely impossible to have happened in towingSometimes people get upset when their cars are towed even through they know they are wrong and they want something in returnThis is clearly one of those situationsIf there is anything else I can do to help please let me know

It was on blocks because it was not in use and to protect tires from summer heat I owned two carsI didn't need Saab to useThe car was NEVER in disrepairTheir claim that it was is falseClaim that my car was put on flatbed is falseThey told me they already had a car on flatbedOnly my car's front end was liftedWhen I started using Saab, I spend considerable amount of money to make it "roadworthy"Repairs were done by certified mechanicAmong repairs done were front and rear shocks, front and rear brakes, new battery, oxygen censor etc I passed annual inspection and received a new inspection stickerI had my car towed to my residence NOT because it was NOT roadworthy, but simply because it's impossible to drive two cars at onceI drove to them in one...When they disconnected my battery, it was their attempt to erase the ABS light and send me awayThere was no favor in thatThey even tried to convince me, the ABS light has no significance to safety...I reiterate, that my car was perfectly "roadworthy" before it was towed away (with no dashboard lights illuminated)That was not the case when I picked it up next day...
