Andy's Sprinkler, Drainage, & Lighting

Hired them to do a spring tune up and they set my zones to run for minutesThen replaced sprinkler heads that didn't cover 50% other heads 7/they showed up to do a summer tune upWe did 100% of recommended repairsThey said they set zones to min but actually set to minZone was the only zone set to minThey then said they would replace heads to get better coverage to make things right but installed heads that reached 50% of the previous headsI called to complain, sent videil of the new heads running and they wanted to send the same guy out to fix itI asked for a supervisor and instead was ignored and ripped to shreds with facts on social media I sent photos and a video of the issues and was completely ignored

Company did not do or provide service which they said they did but charged for it and even tried to to talk me into $additional repairs
I called Andy's Sprinkler Dallas back in June to clear out a blocked French drain Three guys came out, it was a Tuesday, and spent only minutes unblocking the drain They sprayed water up the exit end of the drain and told me it was clear and clean water was now flowing out The next Sunday, less than a week, Dallas had a terrible rain storm which caused water to flood between the houses because the drain was still blockedThe flooding was so bad it almost entered the house I called a different contractor who ended up replacing the entire French drain at 1/the price Andy's Sprinkler said they would replace it for I was shocked to see the the pipe was 100% blocked (I have pictures) when the other contractor had removed it from the groundWhen I called Andy's Sprinkler I was told they don't guarantee their work and it was basica

Great service and showed up when they said they would Team was efficient and knowledgeable and were able to fix issues in a timely manner Cleanup was well done and materials used were much better than my experience with another recognized company in the area which I will never use again

During a recent house sale, the buyer's inspector found an issue with the sprinkler systemThe inspection was in late May after the floodingIt was the most rain in my neighborhood since the house had been builtThe flooding left standing water in my back yard for several days and apparently caused zone controllers to stop working

They showed up and started diagnosing the problem with a electronic signal generator that allowed them to trace the wiringThey found the issues and corrected them
