Revdex.com , [redacted] be sure to tell the Revdex.com the complete matter. On 1-16-14 at around 8:30 am,  you ( [redacted] ) met the insurance company adjuster . While the adjuster was process your paper  work you ask him if you could keep the old bumper. The adjuster said no, they will...

be turning the old bumper in for core credit.you said --- O ok ---.      ( the reason I know this is because I was sitting right in front of you, in the other desk ).After the adjuster was finished with your file , you scheduled the jeep for repairs and you signed the authorization form. The adjuster got our catalog, showed you a picture of what the parts would look like and you said yes, and to order them. On 1-23-14 4:57pm our office called you to have your vehicle here for monday 1-27-14 8:00 am, you then ask us if you could keep the old bumper, We said we are supposed to keep the core and that you should discuss this with the insurance company. At that time you still didnt confirm that you would be here for that monday and said your calling the insurance company and will call right back. We ( Andy's ) never heard back from you.  On 1-27-14 8:15 am, you showed up here at the shop [redacted] and -- dropped off-- your vehicle, we said ok and said would call you the next day with an update and what day we will be done. ( due to we never heard back from you on 1-23-14 ). You said thank you very much and left.------ ( by the way [redacted] :: you said nothing about you wanting the old parts or that the insurance company saying you could have the old parts  ) ----. As we check in your vehicle to get ready to fix and replace all the parts , We saw that you have already took 90 % of all the old parts off the vehicle. So we still continued and put all the new parts on your vehicle. On 1-28-14 4:50pm We call you [redacted] and told you the vehicle will be done 1-29-14 at 3:00pm. you said great thanks. But cant pick it up till thursday 9:00 am, We said ok.   ------- ( again :: still nothing about you keeping the old parts or that you spoke with the insurance company that its ok for you to keep all the old parts ) -----On 1-30-14 around 10:00 am, you came to get your vehicle and paid your deductible and then out of no where you ask for the old bumper. Then you say you spoke with a dave at the insurance company ( not the same person that did you claim adjustment on 1-16-14 ), so I just decided to give the bumper back to you. ( We didnt want to hassle with  it and it wasnt our problem, that will be between you and the insurance company ).Later that day at around 3:00 pm you came back to the shop [redacted] and ask if we have a bracket and nuts and bolts. We went and looked and didnt find anything, so we went to the trash-can and looked. we found 2 brackets and gave to you. then you said weres the rest, we said if theres any more its in the trash-can. Witch at that time you spent another 5 to 10 minutes looking in the trash-can.  Then [redacted] you came in the office and asked again where the bolts and nuts are again, we told you the same answer we been giving you, you then said WE WILL buy you new ones. At that time we ask you to leave and that we were all done dealing with you. We told you that you will need to deal with the insurance company. Then you threaten us by saying that your going to call the cops, We told you to go ahead.cops showed up , came and talked to me, the police officer went back and told you that we tried to find the parts and that we gave you what we found , and that if you needed any more that you are to call the insurance company.( this is the same thing that we --- [redacted]'s -- told you, but the police officer told you the same thing). -------------notes :            After being here for more then 38 years serving [redacted], please let us know all these other people with similar situations ( info from your comment ).                Explain to us why we would be hiding parts from you. Tell me what I could do with this part you said we kept from you.The fact is :         is this matter is between [redacted] and the insurance company. Not Andy's Auto Body Shop. The police officer also agreed.            Thank YouAndy's Auto Body Shop of [redacted]

Took my Tundra in for a fairly serious repair. It came out looking better than when I bought it! On top of that they had it out of the shop earlier than anticipated. I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone I know. Paul and his staff do a fantastic job.

I would highly recommend Andy's Auto Body to anyone looking to get their vehicle repaired. I had a great customer experience and was very pleased with the work provided. They communicated with me throughout and was glad I went there for my Jeep.

I went into Andy's body shop because I got an issue for a repair on my van. I'm not good with cars and had no idea what I was doing but the manager and receptionist were super accommodating and helpful. They fixed it within minutes of me being there! This is definitely the place to go if you have any type of car trouble!

I recently was in an auto accident where I was rear-ended by another vehicle. That persons insurance company recommended Andy's. I was impressed with the people in the office, including [redacted], who runs the shop. They did the work on a timely basis and did a quality job. I am completely satisfied by the work and the follow-up on my Toyota. I can give them a positive recommendation.

My name is [redacted] and I am a full-time resident of [redacted]. We needed to have some body work done on my son's 2013 Honda Civic. The work was done with precision and pride - the workmanship was outstanding and the car literally looks new. The Andy's team worked efficiently with our insurance company and I felt the quality of work for the price charged was extremely fair and reasonable. The work was also completed on schedule. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Andy's body is the auto body best shop. My daughters were in an accident on their way from California to New Mexico. The people at Andy's body shop worked with me and the insurance over the phone to get my car taken care of. They were very prompt with email correspondences and always helpful and friendly over the phone. They went above and beyond for me. I would highly recommend Andy's body shop to anyone needing their services. Paul, You Rock!!

Being involved in a car accident isn't a fun thing, but Andy's Auto Body Shop made things so easy. My vehicle looks brand new again! I received excellent customer service and was contacted several times throughout the process to keep me updated. I'm so happy with the results. I'd go back without hesitation.

This company is awesome!!! We hired them to restore our 1967 Dodge truck. [redacted] was so kind and patient with me, and even though I used terms that are not mechanical or car like he knew exactly what I wanted. He even helped us with decisions on cost as well as helping find parts for the historical aspect of the vehicle. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!!

Review: the suto shop was supposed to but a new bumper on my jeep because it was dented in from being hit. the insurance company told me that I can get my parts back. the auto shop was refusing and not liking the idea of giving me my parts back I finally got most of my parts back except for one. on my jeep there is a mount in the middle for a third tail light this mount is attached to the door of the car so they should not have need to mess with it at all. when I picked up my jeep the mount was gone. I asked for it and the guys said they could not find it then thay said they through it in the trash, it was not in the trash. I need this peice inorder to put my third tail light on when I drive my car in california. so I asked if they could take a look in the shop one more time and ask the guy that took it off where it is. they said they cant look again. so I asked if they could replace it or buy me a new one since it is my part and is needed. then they told me I need to get off the premisses and not come back. made me seem like they were indeed hiding something. other people have had similar situations with this place. I just would like to get the part back and be done.Desired Settlement: there is a piece of steel that attaches to my rear door on my jeep has one side that looks like a u shape that goes to the door and a platform on top where the light attaches to.
