Review: I purchased a new [redacted] riding lawn mower, March 18, 2014. I returned it to the dealer on, April 23, 2014, because it was cutting off when in use and wouldn't start. The dealer checked it out on, April 25, and stated that the ignition switch assay was defective. It was replaced, and the mower was returned. It ran for a while, but it stopped running again about two weeks ago. Now the lawn mower will not start. I contacted the [redacted] manufacturing customer service department, and they said that the dealer would have to handle this problem.Desired Settlement: I would prefer getting a refund and purchasing another brand since I haven't gotten good service from this brand. I need a reliable lawn mower.
