ZERO STARS. I never write reviews. I think I've written one other in my life, but Andy was really horrible to us. I arranged for him to come winterize my house so I could go visit family while my husband deployed. I talked to him personally, and his wife, and we agreed that I would leave the door unlocked for him and a check for the exact amount on the table, since he couldn't come until after I was scheduled to leave. He never showed up. He remembered arranging to come winterize the house, but he never showed up, and he has refused to fix the thousands of dollars worth of plumbing damage we now have. He won't even come to fix the damage at a discounted rate.

I would strongly recommend against ever calling Andy's Plumbing.
