Extremely disappointed in the rentals and service received from this company. The tables were in HORRIBLE condition, including rubber caps missing on most legs. We had to put two table cloths on top to cover up the roughness of the table tops (which looked like pieces of scrap wood). The missing caps resulted in wobbly tables and near scratches on our wooden floors. The chairs were rusted and dirty. I called and left a message on Friday to try and exchange the chairs for our Saturday event (offering to come get them myself). No one then - or as of yet - returned my call.

Our dinner party was embarrassing to say the least as far as our furniture is concerned. (friends who were helping with set up even asked us where in the world we got them)

While I was initially pleased with the quick response to my emails before delivery - obviously, we won't be using them again, nor will I refer you anyone else.

My wedding was delayed 2 1/2 hours due to Andy's not holding up the terms and conditions of the contract we agreed upon. Not only were they late delivering they were also late delivering. My 6:30 wedding did not start until 8pm. It was in the park and dark. I reached out media to let all locals know not to waste time with this company. They were late, unprofessional, and also some of the equipment was broken. I have witnesses, pictures and the contract. Before you decide to go with cheaper companies..DONT DO IT!
The owner reached out to me however as expected he did not keep his word to come to some type of resolve! I will pursue my quest to make sure this does not ruin another wedding for any other bride!Run from this company!

Did a NO SHOW for rental on our wedding day!! It took 2 months and multiple calls with threats to sue before they returned our money! DO NOT risk your event, go elsewhere.
We had booked a tent and chairs for our wedding. We paid the 50% deposit. They were supposed to set up the tent the day before the wedding. After multiple calls, the owner, Andy, said they had a "vehicle breakdown" and his "crew were tired from other jobs" that day, so they would set the tent up the morning of the wedding. On the wedding day, NO SHOW!! Forecast was for 60% chance of rain. I called him over fifty times on the morning of my wedding. No answer! Luckily we were able to find another rental company that were able to provide us chairs, but still no tent. Later that day, 20 minutes before the wedding, the owner calls saying their "vehicle had broken down" and they wouldn't be able to deliver anything. Didn't even bother to call early to let me know about the supposed BS "vehicle breakdown". Who does that to someone on their wedding day??
As if that wasn't enough, we had to call them repeatedly over the next 2 months to get our deposit back. The owner kept saying he'd process the deposit the next day, and then nothing would happen. Finally one of his employees answered the phone and said he hadn't been paid for a couple of months. The employee processed the payment eventually.","neg-1
