Andy's TV & VCR Service

Review: Andy's TV came top my home on Feb 2 to repair a TV. He removed a board that he said was bad. I paid $150 as a deposit. He said it be able a week before he could get the replacement part. ,On 2/8/15 he said he was having a problem getting the part. I spoke to him again on 2/26/15 he was still having a problem getting the part. Left messages on 3/8/15 and 3/10/15. 3/25/15 he said he was 50% done. Left messages for him on 4/8/15 and 4/11/15. I spoke to him on 4/23/15 and said he should be done the following week. He has never returned any phone call since 4/23/15. I left messages on 5/5/15,5/8/15, 5/18/15 and 5/28/15. I found another tv repairman. He has informed that in order to fix my tv he will need the board and the core the guy took form the back of my tv. In order to fix my tv and replace the part he took it will an additional $250. I have left mesasges asking for the part to be returned. I have not had a return call since 4/23/15. Desired Settlement: I woiuld the part the man took from the back of my tv so I can get my tv fixed. The tv in question was a $2500 55 in PLasma TV.
