On or about February 24, 2016, l called A.N.EAuto Repair #*** *** *** Avenue, *** NY ***, ###-###-####I informed them that my truck would not start without a boostWhen I turn the vehicle off l would need another boost to have it start againI spoke to either Aaron or Tom and he stated for me to bring in the vehicle and he would take a look at itOn March 1, I had the vehicle towed to ANE Auto repair for $Later that day ANE called me and stated that my line to the antifreeze was brokenI stated to them please find out why it will not hold a charge and I will worry about the lines to the antifreeze laterANE Repair did not fix what I originally called them about, which was to find out why my car would not start or hold a chargeAs of 04/15/my car is still in the same condition, it will not start without a boostANE fixed the line to the antitifreeze and that was not what I told them to doAs stated before I wanted them to fix the issue with my car not being able to startI distinctively told them not to worry about the overheating but to focus on the car not being about to startI fell as though that they are taking advantage of me because I am old and a womenl would like for them to either repair what I originally called about or refund my money so that l can get it fixed some where else. terminal was cracked in halfI replaced the terminal and did not charge the consumer for thisShe called days later and wants us to refund her for something we did not charge her forThe overheating is the reason the car was brought here and that issue was fixedWhoever replaced her battery for her after it was here did not tighten the terminalsWhen she brought it in we tightened the terminals and the car started right up

Revdex.com spoke to Aaron at business and the following was relayed: The consumer called because her vehicle had overheated in a parking lot. The anti-freeze issue had to be addressed first regardless of any starting issue she mentioned. The problem she reported of the vehicle intermittently not starting did not occur here so I attempted to assist the consumer at no cost to her. Someone else attempted to put a battery in for her and they stripped the battery terminals. I tightened them for her to help her out but had nothing to do with the battery she had put in. There is nothing to refund, she was not charged by me for anything regarding the battery.
