*** ***Despite the fact that the owner is the same for both locations, we run different systems all the time That gift card in specific was only sold at Main Stlocation and can only be used over there When we made the change of systems, we can still run the Gift cards for a considerable period of time, but once again we don't any software or hardware that we can run the card As a business, we always think in our customers, but as a customer you need to put in my position How can I verify that the Gift Card has that amount? I am not saying that you are lying, but I just wish there is a way you can prove me that If there is way you can prove that there is $on it, I don't give you the $you are asking for, I give you the $50, because we are not like that We are not a fraud like you are trying to imply here We are serious business Thanks

Thank you for continuing to speak with Anapalcos on my behalf.1.It is correct that we ate at the Anapalcos location on State College NOT at the location on Main Street in Orange. What difference does it make?   The owners are the same and the Main street location is only open until 2pm daily  what difference would it make if I "tried to use the gift card" at one location or the other?2. It is not possible that the gift card is 5 years old.  I have only know the purchaser of the gift card since December of 2012, and the gift card was given to me in May 2013 as a Mothers Day gift.  Regardless, gift cards do not expire in the State of California.3. I was told on the phone (I guess I should have recorded it) by [redacted] (I think)  that "We sell gift cards and sometimes they don't work if they aren't used in a  month or two".  My reply was, "So if I bought  a gift today and the recipient didn't use in  month or two ,  it might not work".  She replied, "Yes".This is getting ridiculous.  I have a gift card for $50.that is not being honored  I paid for $40 with debit card for the meal So this merchant has gotten $90.  Unbeleivable.  I will never go back and I will tell everyone I know  not to go there.  Such bad business to think that my friend paid $50 for nothing.  I feel completely taken advantage of.
