They claim to have sent multiple bills but I've only received They said they would work with me on a monthly payment and then sent me to collections without ANY warningI didn't receive a bill until months after my procedureThey are overly rude and do not hold up to any form of commitment they make with youI was told wrong information on multiple phone calls - once even being told they don't accept CASH - only check or money order which I later found out was not correct
