I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that
this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I am not satisfied with having to wait an entire week period, primarily because they had money that didn't belong to them for almost an entire TWO WEEK period before I brought the mistake to their attention According to their "policy" I am actually waiting weeks because they cashed a check, and if they CHECKED THEIR ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE, they would have found that we had no balance with them
