The reason I am writing this complaint is because I want to help protect future potential customers of R&R Solutions from unethical business practices
My wife and I recently invited them to come to our house to provide us a proposal to install a stamped concrete patio, as well as remove and replace our brushed concrete drivewayOur original meeting was on December 9, A sales rep, Ty P***, arrived and provided us a price for doing just the patio work and another if we were to include the drivewayWe asked him to send us a formal estimate/quote and that we would think about it and get back to himOn December 15, Ty contacted us and told us that the owner, Rodney S***, would like to meet with us on December 16, because he could do something “special” in terms of pricing in order to keep his guys busyI have heard this line several times in my life and found it to be untrustworthy, especially knowing they use subcontractorsHowever, I thought I would go ah

I worked with Ty primarily and the level of communication and straightforward style made everything feel personalized and comfortable Ty was able to explain everything to me, even when I was texting him on the weekends Once it was time for the foreman to see the property I felt even better as they were able to see things I couldn't They are have level of expertise that brings them to the apex of concrete work, they are geniuses The prep work and pouring of the cement took only days which was right on schedule, even ahead as a third day was possible if any issues arose, which they didn'tI could not recommend them more for your next project, it is personalized, very professional, and best of all - DONE WELLI also feel confident that I could give them a call if anything came up and they would be out ASAP to remedy it

Rodney, from R & R solutions was very professional, yet personable He explained everything to me and described the time table that he would be following with the project The pouring and finishing crew were timely, and very accommodating of an addition, a radiant heated floor and were very gracious in helping with the additional rebar that was needed for the heated floor The finish on the garage floor is like glass It is very smooth and level The finish for the driveway is a broom finish and has a perfect slope for the overall project They even made provisions for me to impress my great-grand daughter's hand prints in the drive way I would definitely recommend R & R solutions LLC for any concrete project Great job!!!!

I contracted with R & R Solutions to remove existing driveway and grade in backyard from deck to fence and grade from gate to street on April 09, and to pour 4,psi concrete and use rebar on foot centerThe work was completed, even though there was concern over the spring rain storms that we were havingThree cement trucks came to pour cementThat afternoon after the work was finished and crews left, another spring storm came inWithin a hour the crew cam back with plastic and started covering the areaCrews came by and picked up all plastic sheets and I was told to keep spraying water on surface, a light mistAll this was done in April It rained the day of the pour and after, this was a very wet spring

Business was contracted on May 27th, to pour a concrete walkway and a retaining wall on the south side of the houseThe sole purpose of this walkway was to prevent any basement flooding/ water entering the house from the south sideThis walkway was to be sloped away from the house towards the retaining wall on the neighbors side to prevent water from coming into the houseWhile concrete was being poured and leveled, *** *** commented to the workers that "the slope was not steep enough, not having a grade going away from the house"The concrete worker replied that " it was ok, nothing to worry about"Once the concrete was set and the first rain fall the evening of the day it was poured, it was clear that the walkway was not sloped away from the house, but rather level and at some places sloping TOWARDS the house!
