To whom it may concern,AGAINST company policy I agreed to refund the amount of 55$ to this client of our business We send in our marketing letters that our offers are non refundable She originally asked me to give her the refund in person; due to the fact that I travel and she works odd hours we were not able to connect It was not until recently that she provided me the address and permission to mail it to her I will get it in the mail as soon as I have time We did post teh policy online as to refunds it has been however in our marketing emails (the very ones she saw that she paid the deal for) for a very long time We will get this into the mail and taken care of by end of next week!
