made numerous attempts to verify her employment and were unsuccessful. We pride our business on relationships with our lending sources and will under no circumstances accept fraudulent documents from any client. [redacted] has misinformed you about the contact of her employer. She called someone that we could not verify worked at her employer. So we canceled the deal based on fraud, furthermore it clearly states in our bailment that if any fraudulent documents are presented the customers refund will be rejected. All monies have been refunded. We initiated the refund as soon as the deal has closed. The refund was sent to the credit card that was given to our company, the time it took for the customer to receive the money was between their bank and them it had nothing to do with our process. confusion was between the customers the husband wanted the car and the wife didn't. The customers were asked to return Wednesday May 24, 2017 and they did not come for the refund until Friday May 26, 2017. The issue had been resolved and all monies have been refunded.-- ANF Auto Finance [redacted]
