Review: We have purchased a love seat and 4 dining chairs with them around mid November. When we bought the chairs, the packaging was not in its original box, we asked the boss to change to a different one, he told us it's fine, if anything happens, find him. The love seat came out okay, the 4 dining chairs, however, after we assembled the first one, we realized that the screw was defective and it won't stay on the chair, which makes the chair unstable and loose. We contacted the owner of the company [redacted] (###-###-####) to ask for exchange or return for the chairs. The boss, was very deceitful in such that he said "I'm very busy right now, call me after christmas". After christmas, we contacted him again, he once again said "call me after new year." after new year we called him again, he once again said, " give me another week and I promise I'll get back to you." After that week he stopped answering our phone calls, so we directly brought the chairs to his company after we got his employee's permission. He didn't even show up in the company, rather, he argued with us and doesn't allow us to return/exchange the chairs. This is a terrible customer service place, with a very deceitful owner. I would like to request full refund of the 4 defective chairs.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive full refund of the 4 defective chairs.
