Angel Girls Ragdolls

Review: I contacted Angel Girls Ragdoll via email the week of September 07, 2014 regarding the purchase of a blue-eyed white cat, [redacted]. Lance H[redacted], co-owner, call me on September 25 and told me [redacted] was available for purchase. I asked Mr. H[redacted] if he would give me a three or four year health guarantee on [redacted]. My concerns were that white blue-eyed cats can loose their hearing and/or sight and that [redacted] may have been breed twice before barely being one year of age. Three to four years would allow me time to observe [redacted] and to have her examined by a vet if I have concerns.

Mr. H[redacted] said that [redacted]'s hearing or sight had not been tested. He also said he would talk to his co-owners regarding my request for a three or four year guarantee.

I emailed and telephoned Mr. H[redacted] the evening of September 25 regarding my request. Mr. H[redacted] did not respond. On October 15 after not receiving a response from either owner, I checked the Angel Girls Ragdoll website and [redacted] was still listed as being available for sale. I followed up on the listing that day by calling and emailing Angel Girls Ragdolls and requested my $150 deposit refunded to me. According to their contract, if a customer has selected a particular cat and the cat is no longer available to him/her, the customer is due a full refund.

As of today, October 19, I have not heard from Angel Girls Ragdoll regarding my refund. On October 25, it will be one full month that Mr. H[redacted] and his co-owners have terminated all communication with me. Mr. H[redacted] and his co-owners may say that they were too busy to respond to me regarding my refund. However, he responded within a week when he thought I was going to buy [redacted] on September 25. I believe Angel Girls Ragdoll intend to sell [redacted] to someone else and to keep my deposit. In my opinion, Angel Girls Ragdoll has had enough time to return my deposit and to respond to my telephone calls and emails.

I hope that the Revdex.com will be able to get the $150 deposit due to me.
