I am rejecting this response because:
We never purchased a puppy via Ebay, it was off of their website. Revdex.com we are more than willing to provideo you with all of our emails as well as screenshots of our discussion back and forth. We did NOT get a puppy cheaper, actually paid more; but ONLY after getting nervous about them as a shade kennel due to zero response from them. They were only beyond busy after our down payment was received but were very talkative before they got their money. I have others who will testify they were talking to them for several hours about puppies on Facebook just to get a dialog going, thenot when it was mentioned they've been online all night just about, how come they couldn't respond to our emails, they were immediately blocked and banned from their Facebook page. The ads Pam is talking about is rather interesting, because they were not taken out by us, but rather others who attempted to get answers only to find out how rude Pam actually was. I did a review of their business on their page, which was a legit review legal according to any state or federal law, others copied and pasted it all over the place to which I have zero control over, or even know who was responsible. If Pam would have said "hey I am sorry but life got busy, if you'd lIke, you can go ahead and continue with the puppy purchase, or since we left you hanging, we'd be willing to refund you your $104" , we'd have went with them just because of the honesty facoordinate, BUT instead we immediately got an email saying screw you we're going to do whatever it takes to keep the money followed by more hostility, we were done, and so was a lot of others on Facebook. We didn't ruin their business, their own words and actions and the way they talked to others who were asking about it, is what made this get out of hand. Paypal by the way DID issue us a refund to which wever can prove they sided with us. [redacted] At the time I was really busy with our grandkids and we were siding our house...big job...I didn't get back to them in normal fashion that I normally do...the time flew by...In the meantime they contacted PayPal...then I remembered that I hadn't gotten back to them within the 2 weeks approximately. Normally, I don't have to babysit my customers and have to be in contact with them all the time. But, PayPal said we didn't have to give the deposit back. Due to it says it right in the ad. Plus, the customers had purchased another puppy in the two weeks that went by. So that is why they are not happy with us. But, we get deposits down due to this, people wanting the puppy, which then takes it off the market, then in turn they end up buying a different pup. I am pretty sure they found a puppy cheaper or something then decided they wanted their money back. We even contacted a lawyer who told us to send them a letter, which we did, here it is: June 3, 2016: Please cease and desist all negative postings on our website and any other websites defacing Angel Heart Kennel.
