March 8, TO :Revdex.com To Whom It May Concern, My name is [redacted] and I am the owner of Angel [redacted] African Hair Braiding businessI had a client that come as a walking, she called me by 10am and let me know if she can come at 11:30am and I said to comeI told her $ on the phone by the style she explain to me on phone; Then when she came in person, she change the style and I explain to her, for particulary for this style the ask for, the would take more work and more time and we agree to $togetherThe original person that suppose to do her hair, the start her hair she stop the person and said she doing too small and she want thicker and she don't want her no more.As owner I put second person on her , and she said again, that is too spacy and starting talking and try to spoil my business.I call her in the back and explain to her everybody is busy, she can laeve and come back if she want or see all my braiders the person she may see if she like somebodyAnd she went and go back and sat-down; and I came back to her in front of everybody includ customers and braiders to see who she like and finaly she point one of my baider and said she braid very neat, so this third person leave her customer and try to satisfied her and start do her and show her numeros times the miror and see if she like and she said YES.So I need to excuse the other customer to give us couples hours Thank God she was my old client and she accept it.And we explain her we will leave her also to finish the other customer after to hours.and she AGREE.And after to hours the third person leave her hair go back to their original customer and finish and come back and finish her front also and at that time the become late, and I ask one ather braider to join them so they can finish quick which is the fourth person who do her back and she was happy and she paid and laeve.The next day she call me and tell her hair was too tight and she want the person who her back to redoing back the front, I said to her the lady who do your is busy now she will be available monday after school by 3pm; she told me NO, she suppose to come now which is Saturday but the lady the ask for is not availlable ,is only monday she will be here, if you want to comme you can came and we will redoing your front for you for free of charge, and I explain to her My policy is No Refund but you have days to fix your hair that okay.She was yieling on me on phone and told me, she took down her hair in the front and she was bledding and she can not wait until monday and I ask her IF really you was bledding you should go to emergency room instead to call and ask for the service in the same place in the next day, Iam so sorry I need to leave the phone and Iam busy that not make sence for me right now and she get opset and said: Did you know who Iam , Iam a police officer; try to intimidate me on phone like my business was not legitand I told her I did not do a crime , I just give you a service, just come to my salon monday we will resolve thisAnd she told me she will bring me to Revdex.com.We ask her many time if she likes her hair, and show her miror several times, she said yes and I saw her the way she stop the two othes braiders, and the third one was too tight ,or something was wrong with her hair, she will stop her also not to wait for her since she finished her clients and come back to herMeanwhile when they do her hair, she was asking other braider phone number suppose that she will come to their houses so they can do her hair, unfortunatly this lady she ask for a number is my nice and she did not know Iam aware of that; and is very disrespecful for my business and I did not appreciate ither behavior and attitude was offensiveSo I will not give her any discounts or any more sevicesThank you for your consideration, Your Kindness is greatly appreciatedIf there are any questions regarding this matter, please feel free to contact us at [redacted] or [redacted] (cell)Or email us at [redacted] Sincerely yours, [redacted] ***
