Thank you for the opportunity to reply to this complaintMs [redacted] called well over ago claiming to be in possession of a gift certificate for lodging at our InnMs [redacted] made a reservation to redeem the certificateSubsequently, Ms [redacted] canceled the reservationin the next several months, Ms [redacted] made two additional reservations, and canceled each oneFinally, I advised Ms [redacted] that she could usethe certificate as a drop in guest when she was sure that she could get awayMs [redacted] agreed to this agreementSeveral months later Ms [redacted] demanded money back for a gift certificate she didn't possessIt is not our policy to give refunds for a gift certificate from Angel of the BerwicksMs [redacted] never claimed to anyone to Angel of Berwicks that her mother had made the reservation on her behalfTo claim that now is certainly untrueplease feel free to contact me by phone, email or letter if you have any further questions

Finally, I advised Ms. [redacted] that she could usethe certificate as a drop in guest when she was sure that she could get away. Ms. [redacted] agreed to this agreement. Several months later Ms. [redacted] demanded money back for a gift certificate she didn't possess. It is not our policy to give refunds for a gift certificate from Angel of the Berwicks. Ms. [redacted] never claimed to anyone to Angel of Berwicks that her mother had made the reservation on her behalf.
