To Whom It May Concern,
In reference to a complaint made by *** *** ***( ***) submitted on 6/13/we would like to share our side of the storyThis customer ordered two corsages and two boutineers for a promShe was charged for each two rose corsage
and for each single rose boutineerI just called one of the flower shops up the street-Windy's Flowers in Chula Vista, they charge for the same corsage and for the same boutineer, so to address her concern about price, I would come to the conclusion that she was not "robbed" as she put it
When this customer picked up the corsages, she looked at them and said thank youWe received a call about an hour later that she was unhappyShe first spoke to one of my employees, she sounded angry, said the flowers were brown, my employee told her she could bring it back to us and we would try to make her happy,( we truly want all our customers to be happy )She stated-"am I just coming in for nothing, you probably aren't going to fix it" My employee tried to assure her that we would fix it but she started yelling at herI was next to my employee and told her I would talk to her, so she gave me the phoneWhen I spoke to her I explained I was the manager and I wanted to help, she first stated that the corsages were "to simple" she kept raising her voice louder and louder, I heard her say at least times in a very short period of time the roses are brownI did make the statement that I actually saw the corsages and the roses were not brown, they are cream colored roses, but we would be happy to take a look at what she had if she could bring it inShe screamed at me, used rather rough language to put it nicely, I told her we were sorry she was so unhappy and told her to have a nice day while she continued to scream into the phone, I then hung up the phone, as I really don't think I need to be verbally assaulted, no matter what the issue
Since then, she went online to *** and complained, took photos of the back of the corsage, if you look at the photo, it's the back of one rose, the part that rests against your wristCream colored roses will darken if pressure is put on them or if body oils, lotions etc touch the petals She did not post her likeness or photo on ***, like most honest people do, we have several comments from legitimate customers, and they all have photos, I looked at her profile on ***-she has complained several times about other businesses as well She never posted a photo of the front of the corsage, and I find that interesting because you would think if someone truly was unhappy, she would have posted photos from all anglesShe never brought the corsages back to us or gave us the opportunity to make her happyI have to come to the conclusion that she didn't really want to return the items, but perhaps had other issues going on and we seemed to be the ones she took it out on this particular day

Review: I ordered 2 sets of a corsage and boutonniere For my son and his friend for their prom I asked for roses because I thought it would look better that the carnations I payed $60 and when I came to pick them up and when I got them home I noticed that they didn't look fresh and they were dried and there were brownie around the edges. I called the shop and spoke to the manager and she proceeded to argue with me saying I said the roses were brown and she told me they were fresh and I asked her if she would look at them to see what I was taking about and she still wanted to argue that they weren't they way I said and then she hung up on me very unprofessional for a business to do that to a new customer typically they would have you bring them back look at them and then redo them so the customer is happy and they got paid $60.00 I fell like I got robbed.Desired Settlement: A refund and a apology for being rude and hanging up and not revolving the issue.

She was charged 19.99 for each two rose corsage and 9.99 for each single rose boutineer. I just called one of the flower shops up the street-Windy's Flowers in Chula Vista, they charge 22.00 for the same corsage and 10.00 for the same boutineer, so to address her concern about price, I would come to the conclusion that she was not "robbed" as she put it.
